Your hosts, Kevin and Gillian Morrissey, have an eye for detail when it comes to providing the really essential ingredients for a relaxing weekend escape or longer holidays with family and/or friends. Enjoy nearby beaches and rockpools, clifftop and wetland walks, bush tracks with wildflowers and wildlife, horseriding, birdwatching, canoeing, surfing and much more - right on your doorstep.

Property Description:
The 2.5-acre boutique holiday resort has a central recreation area complete with pool, spa, tennis court and undercover barbecue area that also has a stone fireplace to draw people out under the stars even on cooler nights. The grounds are landscaped with native trees, shrubs and grassed areas, all of which is floodlit at night. The fully self-contained villas are spread around the property, each with its own outdoor amenity such as a balcony/ deck or a semi-screened garden area.

The 4 Star Family Villas have either two or three bedrooms. They are attractively furnished in a casual and practical style with bright comfortable interiors. Four of the Family Villas have a distinctive octagonal living area with a high timber lined ceiling.

The Deluxe Villas are the popular choice of couples although they do have a second bedroom. These villas have a very open feel with a full wall of glass and a two-storey space with stairs from the living area leading to the main mezzanine bedroom. These villas have more of a contemporary, spare, designer look inside and out. An elegant, built-in wood fire sets off the lounge area. The villas and their balconies have a commanding view across to the pool recreation area.

Deluxe Villas (pictured below)
Features include king size bed in the main mezzanine bedroom, double spa, separate large shower and laundry alcove in the bathroom, a second bedroom with a queen bed or twin beds, large living area with wood fire, reverse cycle heating and air-conditioning, television video and CD player.

4 Star Family Villas (pictured right)
The two bedroom villas sleep 5 to 6. The three bedroom villas sleep 6, except for one that sleeps 8 (it has two sets of bunks in the third bedroom). All Family Villas have television, video and CD player, one or two person spa bath and separate shower, fully equipped kitchen, laundry and outdoor entertaining area. While there are some variations between villas, the majority include a Coonara-style wood fire and a carport.
