Property Description: Ainsworth Estate comprises a boutique winery and cellar door, a "balcony café" and three separate, architect designed, vineyard apartments. The split-level self-contained apartments offer a prime position to contemplate the unfolding landscape of dams, rows of vines, tree clad hills and distant mountains. The design maximises privacy, natural light and space.
Each apartment opens onto its own private deck. Vast windows, soaring ceilings and sleek, contemporary styling create a sophisticated yet casual living environment. A soothing blue and grey colour scheme is warmed with rich timber highlights in the polished floors, cabinetry and furnishings.

Special Features: Ainsworth Estate's balcony café serves modern seasonal cuisine featuring fabulous regional produce year round, with panoramic views overlooking the vineyard to the distant mountains. A perfect accompaniment to the fine food is the Estate's range of fine wines, which can also be sampled at the Cellar Door (10.30am-5pm Thu-Mon).
Café Hours: Lunch 12 noon to 4.30pm (Thursday to Monday), Dinner 6pm to 10.30pm (Friday & Saturday - bookings essential)

Description of Rooms/Units: Each apartment is designed with a mezzanine bedroom area skirted by a low-profile, stainless steel balustrade so the view can be enjoyed from the bed. The Yarra Suite has the additional luxury of a double spa with the same views from the mezzanine level.
The apartments each have queen size beds, separate ensuite, dining table and chairs, a living area with couch and entertainment unit including a television, video and stereo/ CD player. The kitchen facilities include a full cooktop and oven, a microwave and a large fridge plus other essentials. Reverse cycle heating and air-conditioning together with a ceiling fan ensures year round comfort. |
