	Park yourself on the deck of this gem of a cottage and savour the view of the Great Ocean Road coastline. Anglesea Overboard Seaside Cottage is a getaway with all the goods - great views, wonderful cosiness, perfect privacy and comfort - wrapped up in a top spot, a short saunter to the beach. Here you can do the beach fun thing, the Great Ocean Road tourist thing, or just get all romantic and hide away. Go overboard!

Property Description:
The single storey, timber dwelling has all the appeal of a classic, seaside cottage - simple yet stylish with a traditional weatherboard look and muted, natural colours. Large windows give away the fact that the building is really quite recent. Nevertheless, the interior has been fully refurbished with a sleek new kitchen and bathroom, complete with corner spa. The bedroom is spacious with contemporary timber bedroom furniture and a textured feature wall.

The open plan living room has polished floors and a slow combustion wood fire tucked into a corner of the room. Glass doors open onto the deck and frame the view out to sea and along the coast towards Split Point lighthouse at Aireys Inlet. The covered deck has a barbecue and chairs to sit and spend time admiring the view.

Nautical touches have been added inside, in addition to the ropes and lifesavers that adorn the exterior.

Description of Rooms/Units:

The bedroom has a queen size bed with bedside tables and lamps. The room is big enough for a port-a-cot. There are plans to add a second bedroom in the future.

The bathroom has a double corner spa and a separate shower. All linen and bath towels are included. Bring your own beach towels.

The open plan living area features a real wood fire in front of the L shaped couch. Facilities include LCD television, DVD and CD players and reverse cycle heating/cooling for year round comfort at the touch of a button. In addition there are some DVDs and CDs for entertainment.

The dining table top is fashioned from a solid tree section, with four contemporary, high backed, dining chairs. There are also two bar stools at the kitchen counter. The kitchen is fitted out with quality stainless steel European appliances, including a large gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. A barbecue is stationed on the deck.

The cottage also has a fully equipped laundry. A showerhead on the deck makes it easy to rinse off after a visit to the beach.

Fencing around the cottage makes it suitable for approved dogs.

Meals

Breakfast: Bring your own breakfast supplies. A selection of teas and freshly ground coffee are provided.

Dining Options: Anglesea offers cafes, hotel dining and takeaways. The popular 'A La Grecque' restaurant is also nearby. Or use the well equipped kitchen and barbecue to cook your own meals.

Tariff

Tariff: (rates are for one couple)
Weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun): $225 per night (Peak Season* $255 per night)
Midweek (Mon-Thu): $195 per night (Peak Season* $255 per night)
Weekly: $1290 per week (Peak Season* $1790) Extra days available at pro rata rates.
Add $35 per extra person per night, or as agreed for weekly stays.
*Peak Season - Christmas School Holidays, Easter and Long Weekends.

Minimum Stay: Two nights minimum. Three or four nights for long weekends. Weekly bookings during Christmas school holidays. Occasional single night vacancies may be available between other bookings however a $40 surcharge applies.

Deposit: 50% to secure booking. Balance to be paid on arrival.

Cancellation Terms: In the event of a cancellation, refunds (less a $50 admin charge) will be given if/when the vacancy is refilled. Note: the more notice given, the more scope there is to refill the vacancy.
