Property Description:
Each pretty timber cottage is hidden in its own lush garden setting which can be glimpsed through leadlight windows or viewed through soaring six metre glass walls. Some feature dramatic cathedral ceilings with hidden lofts. Enjoy your own spa or hot tub in a plant filled conservatory with private forest views or watch the flickering fire.

The cottages have been furnished with a selection of antiques, artworks and exotic collectables to create rich stylish interiors. Each cottage has a unique appeal, while the mood throughout is one of casual, idyllic luxury.

The cottages are surrounded by hundred year old oaks, southern beeches and towering mountain ash. Arcadia is adjacent to the National Rhododendron Gardens, in a quiet location away from the main Tourist Road. Its own rambling gardens feature ornamental ponds and mature camellias and rhododendrons. The distant views offer watercolour mountain ranges.

Description of Rooms/Units:

Each cottage offers a unique experience with a mix of facilities. All have glass fronted wood heaters, air conditioning and queen beds. One has a hot tub and the other three have double corner spas. All have television, DVD and CD player, bathrobes, linen, hairdryer and toiletries.

Nestled amidst mature deciduous trees, Treehouse cottage has a dramatic 5 metre window framing leafy garden views and glimpses of the pond. The cathedral ceiling has a secret loft sitting room in the tree tops. The bathroom has french doors to enjoy the crackling fire and view from the spa. There is a kitchenette and a deck with outdoor seating. The cottage has undercover parking.

Fernwood features a wonderful 6 metre window looking out to giant tree ferns. This cottage also has a secret loft. A large hot-tub spa, surrounded by palms, can be found in the glass conservatory through french doors. Other facilities include a double shower, full kitchen, DVD and surround sound, outdoor seating in a private garden, and undercover parking

Forest cottage, hidden amongst the trees, has a colourful interior with polished ash floors, separate bedroom with a large window and an ensuite. The wisteria covered glass conservatory is hosts a large spa. This cottage also has a full kitchen, outdoor seating in your own private garden and undercover parking.

Framed by giant rhododendrons and camellias, Olinda cottage was built in the 1930s and evokes a nostalgic mood of the past with its treasure trove of antiques and collectables. A large spa is the focal point of the period bathroom which has views through a picture window. There is a separate kitchenette, a breakfast conservatory and an outdoor terrace.

Meals

Breakfast: Kitchens are generously stocked with cereals, juice, fresh coffee and teas, eggs, ham, tomatoes, beans, loaf bread and jams.

Dining Options: A five minute stroll will take you to Olinda village and a dozen restaurants. Also, Antipasto and Cheese platters are available to have in your cottage.
