	The Highlands, and through much of the Strathbogie Ranges, is a strangely, beautiful landscape. Monolithic granite boulders appear scattered through hilly, velvet green pasture, between vineyards and through bushland. This very peaceful countryside is the setting for Arora Castle Cottages, currently consisting of three well appointed guest cottages. Come and spend your days sightseeing, bushwalking, wine tasting, and/or simply taking it easy in complete comfort, far away from home and work.

Property Description:
The cottages have been designed and built by owner and award winning builder, Dan Elisha. They are each identical in layout and constructed of brick on a concrete slab, with colorbond roofing. Return verandahs face north and west, with steps at the front or ramp access at the side. A car space is provided beside each cottage for maximum convenience.

The interiors feature a six square, open plan living space of lounge, dining and a full kitchen. Floor tiles flow through the living area and a slow combustion wood heater delivers plenty of warmth and atmosphere. The three-seater sofa converts to a double bed for extra guests if required. The separate bedroom has a queen size bed or twin beds and the large bathroom has a double spa, while the shower, toilet, vanity and doorways are all built for wheelchair access.

The property produces its own eggs from a flock of pure bred, chemical-free hens, which can be seen by guests.

Description of Rooms/Units:

The cottage bedrooms have a queen size bed or twin beds, electric blankets, wool doonas, bath robes, built-in wardrobe with mirrored doors, ceiling fan and a wall mounted television. Up to two additional people can sleep on the sofa bed in the lounge area.
The bathroom has a double spa with heat-assisted operation. There is a separate stepless continental shower with hand held shower rose and grab rails.

The kitchen is equipped with a 220 litre fridge, microwave, four plate electric cooktop and other standard appliances, cookware, crockery and cutlery. A circular dining table seats four overlooking the verandah where there is another table and chairs.

The cottage living areas are also equipped with wood heaters, a supplementary electric column heater, CD player, 51cm widescreen television, video and DVD players (complimentary movies available). All linen is provided.

Breakfast: Provisions include fresh organic farm eggs, packaged bacon, cereal, home made crusty bread, preserves and spreads, tea, coffee, milk, soft drinks, crisps and a supply of home made Womble Ruff cookies.

Dining Options: Yea offers a choice of two fine dining restaurants, three hotels and eight other eateries.

Guest BBQ Facilities: Yes. Wood fired and Gas barbecues are located close to the cottages.

Single night stays $200 for two people. Multiple night stays $180 per night for two people.
Extra occupants $40 each per night. Maximum of 4 occupants per cottage.

Cancellation Terms: With 7 days' notice or more deposits are refunded less a $100 charge. Less than 7 days' notice deposit is forfeited
