Property Description:
Two hectares of lush rainforest provide the surroundings for these five private, standalone cottages. A resident family of deer and a multitude of birds, including vividly coloured species, may be seen foraging through the trees. Picture windows capture views through the tree canopy, even from the spa bathrooms. Vaulted ceilings inside the contemporary Treetops cottages create a dramatic feeling of height and airy space that is complemented by a clean, modern interior design and fit-out.
The "Tri Level" Treetops cottages have the living area, kitchen and a large balcony on the lowest floor, which, due to the sloping site still captures an elevated outlook. The space features polished jarrah floors, a wood fire and a sleek, well equipped kitchen. A short flight of stairs leads up to the middle level and the stylish, spa bathroom. Another short flight of stairs finishes in the open plan bedroom on the top floor, where the windows follow the vaulted angles of the roofline.
The "Treetops Guesthouse" cottage is stylistically the same modern timber design, but with all the rooms spread across one spacious level. It has equally dynamic ceilings and a similarly elevated aspect amongst the trees.
Lochiel Original Cottage is a fully renovated and extended older dwelling that can accommodate up to 8 people. The cottage front is a charming picture with its crisp white weatherboards and bay windows flanked by mature rhododendrons. The extensions have introduced a decidedly contemporary feel throughout the rest of the four-bedroom house. A large deck runs across the rear elevation overlooking the garden framed by tall trees. A private courtyard contains an outdoor spa pool. Two of the bedrooms have French doors opening onto the spa courtyard and the third opens onto the rear deck.
The kitchen, dining and lounge merge in an L shaped open plan configuration. An open fire is at the heart of the lounge, while the dining space flows out to the deck through French doors. The bench between the kitchen and dining area has a set of bar stools for casual dining or just hanging out talking with those busy in the kitchen. The decor is modern and understated from the bedroom furniture to the stainless steel bench tops in the kitchen.

Function / Conference Facilities:
Conference or function space can be arranged at nearby Credo Restaurant, Monday through Friday between 8am and 5pm. There is an excellent meeting room/space. Lunch platters and afternoon tea options can also be arranged. Please enquire for further information.

Treetops Cottages
The top floor of each tri-level cottage has a kingsize bed beneath the multi-gabled roofline, and a second balcony on this level. The luxurious bathroom has a large separate shower and a two person spa bath with a picture window. The lounge has a slow combustion wood fire, leather couch, large screen television, DVD & CD players, and surround sound. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooktop, standard oven, fridge, microwave and toaster. The cottage also has central heating.
The single level Treetops Guesthouse cottage has a larger lounge area and bigger couch. The bedroom has a queensize bed and an ensuite spa bathroom. In every other respect the appointments are the same.
Lochiel Original Cottage
The main bedroom has a kingsize bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The other three bedrooms have a kingsize bed, a queensize bed and two single beds respectively. The main bathroom has a shower. A four-person outdoor spa is set in a private courtyard.
The lounge room has an open fire, with additional heating through the house. Facilities include large screen television, DVD, CD, laundry, fully functional kitchen with large fridge, cooktop, oven, dishwasher and microwave. There are indoor and outdoor dining tables & chairs. All linen, towels, toiletries and bathrobes are provided. |

| Breakfast: Breakfast Vouchers to the value of $30 per couple per day are provided for use at Ranges Cafe in Olinda where you can select from the menu. |
| Dining Options: Dine out at Credo Restaurant or Ranges Cafe both of which are a short walk from the cottages. Guests are provided with discount offers on the meals (except Saturdays) at these venues. Alternatively, both restaurants can organise take away options. |

Remaining single nights where available - Fri $330, Sat $395, Sun $295
Midweek (Mon-Thu): $275 per night.
Lochiel Original Cottage
Weekend: $750 for two nights for a couple.
When available - single Fri or Sun night $395 for a couple.
Midweek (Mon-Thu): $350 per night for a couple.
Add $125 per night for each additional couple.

| Minimum Stay: Two nights on weekends (single Saturday nights are only ever available where an existing booking includes Friday). Minimum three nights on long weekends. |
| Deposit: Non refundable 50% deposit is required on booking. |
| Cancellation Terms: With 21 days notice a booking may be transferred to other dates or a refund given in the form of a Gift Voucher, $50 fee for either. Less than 21 days notice - 50% may be refunded if the vacancy is filled. Within 72 hrs notice - full payment levied. |
