	Bells Beach Surf Cottage will captivate you with its vibrant, unique personality and woo you with its luxury comforts. This surprising hideaway suits a range of interests and activities. As a surfing retreat it's just 400m from the nation's famous surf beaches. For couples, surfers or otherwise, who love walking, bike riding, beaches, the sea air and spectacular scenery, the location is equally brilliant - 400m from the area's stunning yellow ochre, sheer cliff tops. And there is no shortage of potential expeditions to forests and beaches along the south west coast, as Jan Juc stands at the gateway to the Great Ocean Road, where the Great Otway National Park tracks the coastline.

Property Description:
The two-bedroom timber cottage has been elevated from an average beach house to something quite special, the result of a very distinctive makeover that is more than skin deep. It vibrates with the youthful, artistic culture of the local surf scene and inspiration from the sunny coastal landscape. Bright colours of orange and blues, reflecting the ocean and cliffs, is the foundation for a living gallery of local artists work from paintings to leadlight and sculpture.

As for lifestyle, the cottage has all those desirable appointments for year round holidays; ducted cooling, wood fire, beautiful quality furniture, double spa, plasma screen and surround sound, dishwasher, barbecue and fully equipped laundry.

Leadlight art and bird sculptures are a continuing theme in the sunny yet protected courtyard garden. Planted for coastal conditions using natives and cacti set amongst driftwood, the garden design includes handmade stepping stones and hundreds of handpicked seashells, which, together with the outdoor art, make for a very individual look.

Description of Rooms/Units:

There are two bedrooms with queen size beds. Luxury linen, bath towels and bathrobes are provided. The master bedroom has a wall mounted LCD flat screen television.

The fully renovated bathroom features a two person massage spa with overhead shower.

The open plan lounge-dining room has a fine leather lounge and a stylish, casual dining suite. The woodfire provides a warm cosy atmosphere in chilly weather. Ducted cooling makes the cottage comfortable through the heat of summer. Entertainment equipment includes a 42" plasma television with surround sound speakers, DVD and CD players.
The kitchen has a full stove with a large oven and separate grill, a stainless steel range hood, family size fridge, dishwasher and microwave. The laundry has a washing machine and dryer.

The property also has a garage.

Breakfast: The gourmet continental breakfast basket, supplied on arrival, includes homemade muesli, homemade jam, Irrewarra sour dough bread, yoghurt, fresh orange juice and plunger coffee beans.

Dining Options: Self cater in your fully equipped kitchen or dine out at one of three licensed restaurants in Jan Juc village (200 metres).

Weekends: $265 per night for a couple
Extra adult - $30 each per night

Minimum Stay: Two nights minimum. Christmas and Long Weekends 3 nights minimum. Easter 4 nights minimum.

Deposit: 50% to secure booking. Balance 14 days in advance.

Cancellation Terms: More than 14 days' notice - the deposit will be refunded less a $50 admin fee. Less than 14 days' notice - the balance paid will be refunded, however the deposit, less the admin fee, will be refunded only if the vacancy is filled by others.
