The Black Dolphin is a holiday property with a prime waterfront location and views to match. The more intimate Apartment is ideal for a couple while the very spacious Townhouse (4.5 star) is adaptable for one or two couples up to a family of five.

Property Description: The architect designed building is separated into a townhouse and a smaller ground floor apartment. The Townhouse is 15 squares in area featuring a large open plan living space on the ground floor with soaring timber ceilings and beams. A staircase leads up to the second floor bedrooms and large front balcony. Beautiful water views framed by grand old cypresses along the waterfront, can be enjoyed from the balcony and main bedroom.
The Apartment occupies the ground floor on the west side. The front courtyard is surrounded by a brush fence for added privacy. Although it's more compact it has a bright open feel enhanced by an appealing combination of contemporary colours.
Both units are presented with elegant yet casual furnishings and feature plush Italian style leather lounge suites. Each unit has a double spa.

Description of Rooms/Units: Townhouse (pictured below)
The townhouse has two bedrooms on the first floor (however it can be booked on the basis of using one bedroom only). The master bedroom is very open and spacious with a queen size bed, a private sitting area and bay views. An extra single bed is available. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed. A bathroom with shower is located on this level, while a larger bathroom with double spa is located downstairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher. An elegant glass topped dining table is provided for indoor dining and the rear courtyard has an outdoor setting and barbecue under cover. The living area is equipped with an enclosed wood fire and reverse cycle air-conditioning, a television, video and CD player.

The apartment has one bedroom and a bathroom with double spa and separate shower. An extra single bed is available in another area. All linen is included. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher and there are laundry facilities. The living area is equipped with reverse cycle air-conditioning/heating, a television, video and CD player.
