The Black Dolphin Beach House confirms the principle that luxury matters as much as location when it comes to seaside getaways. Here is luxury, self contained accommodation easily suitable for one couple, two couples, even three couples, or a family. Being only a couple of kilometres from the Island's bridge makes it easy to get to and fro, as well as providing a position that is handy to the famous Woolamai Surf Beach and only two minutes walk to the sheltered Safety Beach.
Settle in and relax on your balcony and take your time exploring the highlights of Phillip Island. Remember this is a seaside getaway and you're meant to take it easy, which won't be too difficult at The Black Dolphin Beach House |

Property Description: The fresh modern design of this beach house, completed in 2005, is just right for enjoying the casual holiday lifestyle that Phillip Island embodies. And just like the Island, the house has a its share of luxury amenities, including a smart designer kitchen, air-conditioning and stylishly furnished rooms.
The floor plan is very functional with the main living zone and master suite upstairs which represents the perfect size space for one couple to enjoy on their own. But teamed with a further two bedrooms, main bathroom, laundry and games room downstairs, the house has plenty of space for a medium size family.
The first floor rooms are filled with light, and a gently pitched ceiling adds to the airy feel. Tasmanian oak floors, granite kitchen bench tops, the soft, Italian leather lounge suite, are a few of the high quality features. Both the living area and the master bedroom have direct access to the large balcony. From this level the views look across the water to the mainland where, at night, the lights of San Remo can be seen.
