The Black Dolphin Seaside Cottage is a short stroll from the safety beach and offers a balance of quality features and a simple homely atmosphere that works well for an enjoyable, good value, seaside stay. Just unpack your car and make yourself at home.

Property Description:
The weatherboard house has a certain easy-going, cottage character. The wooden verandah with its bullnose roof wraps around two sides. The front door is along the side facing the driveway. Through it you enter directly into the large living room that is made to feel even more spacious because of its timber lined cathedral ceiling. The walls have dado panelling and the kitchen cabinets continue the timber finished country-cottage style. The flooring is practical cork tiles.

The leather lounge suite is set around a colourful rug and drapes on the windows can be drawn to make it cosy and warm or keep the cool in during summer with the help of the split system heating and cooling unit in the wall. Doors from the dining area access the sunny north corner deck which is the spot for outdoor entertaining.

The three bedrooms and two bathrooms can be reached down the hallway off the living room.

Description of Rooms/Units:


Two of the bedrooms have a queen size bed and a large built-in robe. The third bedroom has two single beds. Wool doonas, bath towels and linen are all supplied.
The main bathroom features a double spa bath with an overhead shower. It also has a vanity, heater, toilet, front loading washing machine and dryer. The second bathroom has a large shower, toilet, heater and vanity.
The living room is furnished with a three piece leather lounge suite, standard lamps, a roll top desk, timber dining table for six, and it is equipped with reverse cycle air conditioning, television, DVD, VHS and CD players. Sliding glass doors lead out from the dining area onto the deck which has a barbecue, market umbrella and a table setting for six
The kitchen is equipped with an upright stove, rangehood, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, the usual small appliances and ample cookware & tableware.
