Property Description:
The views from Burnt Creek Cottages are panoramic in the truest sense of the word. The cottages all enjoy a commanding hilltop position with uninterrupted, 180 views across a valley and undulating ridges beyond. During high water times, Lake Eildon stretches through the valley. But whatever the season the landscape offers a changing canvas that can include blazing sunsets, wheeling flocks of cockatoos, slowly drifting hot-air balloons or hang-gliders, and mornings where cloud blankets the lowlands in a surreal shroud.

The cottages have a modern, split level plan that suits the sloping crest of the site. The designs ensure the living area and balcony get the full benefit of the view, with maximum privacy. The dr is simple, warm and tasteful, including polished timber floors, rugs, and attractive colour combinations, with each cottage offering a variation on the basic theme. While most of the cottages have two bedrooms and can sleep four or more people, there are two slightly more luxurious cottages designed for just one couple.

Recreational Facilities:
There is a full size tennis court in a spectacular position. Also close to the cottages is a swimming pool and sheltered barbecue area.

Description of Rooms/Units:
The cottages offer a wide choice in terms of sleeping accommodations. Grevillea Cottage is designed for one couple with a particularly spacious interior, one bedroom and a double shower in the bathroom. Correa Cottage (pictured right), is suitable for a couple, with one bedroom and a bathroom that features a double spa. The other cottages all have two bedrooms. Redgum and Wattle, also offer corner spas.

The master bedroom of each cottage contains a king size bed. In Redgum Cottage the second bedroom has a queen size bed where Wattle has two single beds. Acacia Cottage offers a bunk and a single in its second bedroom. Lounge sofas convert into beds if necessary.

All cottages have a private balcony-deck, full kitchen, wood fire, air conditioner, television and video, CD/ tape player, all linen and towels, washing machine and dryer. A selection of videos, books and magazines are available at the reception office. A selection of red and white wines are also available for purchase by guests.
