	Cathedral Heights has plenty of appeal when it comes to self-contained accommodation in the heart of the Grampians. It's convenient to Halls Gap (15 minute walk), while enjoying a peaceful bush setting. The attractive building design is nicely finished with quality appointments. Altogether, Cathedral Heights represents a great place to settle into and enjoy, in between taking leisurely walks through the famous Grampians National Park.

Property Description:
Completed in 2003/2004, this low profile, colorbond, three-bedroom dwelling has been designed with a contemporary appreciation for the surroundings. The main open plan living and dining space has plenty of windows including a very unique window, built into the pitch of the ceiling, to capture the view of a towering pinnacle as you sit at the dining table. Natural timber lining on the cathedral ceiling, architraves and dado panelling adds a cosy feel to the otherwise large, light-filled space.

The home has all the desirable amenities of spa bath, wood heater, air-conditioning, dishwasher, etc., as well as the essentials for a more than comfortable stay.

Great bush setting frequently visited by kangaroos, wallabies, blue wrens, magpies, cockatoos, gang gangs, rosellas and many other native birds.

There are three bedrooms, two with queen size beds while the third bedroom has two single beds.

The bathroom has a double spa. There are two toilets.

The kitchen is equipped with electric hotplates, oven, microwave, full size fridge and a dishwasher. An outdoor dining set and a large barbecue with roasting hood is provided.

The living area has a woodheater, gas heater, split system air-conditioning/ heating, television, video/DVD and CD player.

Laundry facilities with a washing machine.

Bedding and pillows are included. Linen can be provided as an optional extra.

Dining Options: Well-equipped kitchen for self-catering. Halls Gap (1.8km) has a selection of eateries and takeaways.
