Property Description: The one bedroom apartment is part of a low density, older block of flats in a leafy garden setting. Located on the third floor it has a small balcony overlooking the garden. Stairs are the only access.
The interior is compact but the living room is more than adequate for a couple to relax after a busy day. It measures 6.2m x 3.4m, not including the kitchen and dining area which has a good size table. The bedroom features a king size bed and a large window onto the balcony.
The decor gives the apartment its engaging personality, with an eclectic mixture of retro furniture, feature wall colours, interesting fabrics and textures, unexpected ornaments and decorative mirrors. It has a funky, lived-in feel about it that is very different to the minimalist, contemporary style of many inner city apartments.
