	Cypress Hill's location in the beautiful rolling hills of South Gippsland allows for a truly relaxed escape from Melbourne - only a 1½ hour leisurely drive. Nestled away in a secluded position, Cypress Hill is still within a half hour drive of stunning beaches and scenic drives, markets and quaint villages. Coupled with warm hospitality and 4½ star elegance, Cypress Hill awaits you for a memorable getaway.

Property Description:
Beyond the massive cypress hedge is a Mediterranean-style villa of exceptional style and proportions. Set on 50 acres and surrounded by dramatic rolling hills, the unfolding views from the villa are quite breathtaking. And in the villa's immediate surroundings the gardens now include a rose garden, wisteria walk, orchard, vegetable patch and beds full of Mediterranean and Australian plants.

The building captures a wonderful European ambience with superb, detailed architecture and interior design. Italian roof tiles, the colonnade of the terrace and the exterior colouring create a very authentic picture. On the inside there is a wealth of beautiful detail; paint stencilling, solid wood panelled doors, imported French door handles and floor tiles from Italy. Rustic wrought iron bedheads and terrace furniture complement the Mediterranean style as do the terracotta colours that predominate throughout.

The guest suites each have French doors to the terrace. All have luxury ensuites, while the largest of the suites has a king size bed and an ensuite with a spa bath that has a private outlook to a plant filled fernery.

General use guest areas include a comfortable lounge with a fireplace, an indoor courtyard and, of course, the terrace and garden. Breakfast is served in the courtyard or on the terrace according to the weather.

Description of Rooms/Units:
The guest rooms consist of two Queen Suites and one King/Twin Spa Suite, all have their own ensuites. The King Suite has a view to a private fernery and separate shower and spa bath.

All suites have a complete range of toiletries, fresh flowers, tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer, fridge, clock radio, individual heating, electric blankets and ceiling fans. All have French doors opening onto the rear terrace and expansive views.

The guest lounge is fully equipped with television, CD, videos, touring information, games, books and magazines. A gas log fire adds cosiness in chilly weather. A complimentary port can also warm the mood.

The delightful internal courtyard, with its tables for two, is the usual setting for breakfast. On fine mornings the terrace is set for breakfast.

Breakfast: Fully cooked breakfasts are served in the breakfast room, including fresh orange juice, home-made bread and jams, fresh fruit salad, cereals and eggs to your liking, or try one of the changing specialities.

Dining Options: Dine out in Korumburra, only 3.5.kms away, where there are two hotels and three restaurants.
