Property Description: The Experts Cottage is located in a secluded spot on the rural property "Burnaere". This historic cottage was once the quarters of “The Expert”, the title given to the senior station hand responsible for the care and maintenance of the sheep shearing combs and cutters. In recent times the cottage has been beautifully restored and, although it embodies the charm and character of its Victorian heritage, it is hardly rustic. Inside are beautifully polished floors, a soft leather lounge suite, a cosy wood fire and air conditioning, a kitchen with the ‘mod cons’, a light filled living area opening onto the rear deck, a barbecue and views as far as the eye can see.
The aroma of freshly baked bread and fresh cut flowers creates a special welcome touch. Presentation of the two bedrooms shows similar attention to detail. The bathroom has a sensational, full size, deep bath tub right by the window.
