Property Description:
The guest cottage at Glenview Retreat is divided into two cosy apartment-style suites that have their separate entrances off the Australian bull-nose front verandah. Greenery envelopes the building and each suite has its own private courtyard garden. The leafy canopy of surrounding gum trees is frequented by many native birds including Rosellas, King Parrots, Galahs and Cockatoos.

The interiors feature high ceilings with exposed beams and polished timber floors decorated with rugs. The suites are decorated in a country style that includes beautiful timber furniture. A gas log fire and an ensuite with a double spa are part of the romantic appeal. The Sarah Jane Suite has soft pink walls and the Ashley Suite has pale lemon walls.

Description of Rooms/Units:

Each suite is furnished with a queen size bed, couch, dining table and chairs, wardrobe, television cabinet, and coffee table chest.

Opposite the bed and the couch is country style gas log fire and the television unit with DVD player and a selection of DVDs. The room is also equipped with a ceiling fan and air-conditioning.

The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, gas hotplates, fridge and sink. A glass door provides access to the private garden courtyard at the rear of each suite.

The immaculate ensuite has a corner spa for two and a separate shower. Candles, toiletries, hairdryer, fluffy towels and bathrobes are all provided.

Meals

Breakfast: The tariff includes an a la carte breakfast which is cooked to order and then served in your suite at the time you elect. Alternatively a gourmet Continental hamper can provided where preferred.

Dining Options: There are many fine restaurants in the region. A local Takeaway can also deliver to the cottage.

Midweek (Mon-Thu): $165 for one night. $155 per night for multiple nights.
Midweek Special - stay four nights for the price of three.

Minimum Stay: Two nights on weekends

Deposit: 50% on booking

Cancellation Terms: More than 14 days' notice - full refund. 7 to 14 days' notice - half of the deposit refunded. Less than 7 days' notice - deposit retained.
