Property Description:
Surrounded by tall gums on this one acre property these studio style suites offer a tree top perspective. The entire building is three storeys high if you count the basement storage area. Two self-contained suites have been integrated into one end of the structure, each with a two-storey mirror image floor plan. (The owner's residence occupies the other end). A staircase leads up to the wrap around verandah, where each suite has a private entrance into a living area. This area features a cosy gas log fire and polished Tasmanian Oak floors and includes a kitchen. Upstairs is a spacious bedroom with ensuite. A spa, with showerhead, has been incorporated into the room, positioned in a large dormer (attic) window recess. The bedroom also opens onto a balcony perched at tree canopy height.
Each suite is individually decorated; the rear Country Suite in warm floral prints, light timbers and country furniture, and the front Antique Suite boasts more elegant, antique furniture and crystal glassware.

The upstairs bedrooms have queen size bed, spa and balcony.
The Country Suite also has a couch that converts to a double futon bed in the living area. If required a foldaway bed can be arranged in either suite.
Each suite has an instant gas log fire, television and video player.
The Antique Suite has basic kitchen facilities including fridge, two hot plates and a toaster oven. The Country Suite has cooking facilities that are suitable for longer stays, including a full stove with a standard oven. |
