Property Description:
Delightful gardens meander around the modern brick house. A sparkling blue swimming pool is set amidst the leafy environment, and paths lead around the garden to seating areas, a gazebo and the sauna & spa retreat.
To maximise privacy, the house is clearly divided into guest facilities at one end, separated from the hosts residential quarters at the other end. The guest section includes a combined lounge/dining room where a large country style table is set for breakfast each morning. Floor to ceiling windows frame one of the many garden aspects and the walls are adorned with numerous pictures and ornamental plates with an aviation theme. A corner of the room has a bar with complimentary wine and beer, a microwave, a fridge and tea & coffee facilities. The lounge area has an air conditioner to cool off on warmer days and a free standing wood fire to cosy up to whenever the weather is chilly. Behind the fire a feature brick wall captures and radiates the warmth, while wall to wall carpet is soft and quiet underfoot.
The accommodation includes three spacious, ensuite queen bedrooms, each one individually decorated (see further details below).

Binda Retreat, located on the property in a separate building, contains an infrared sauna, constructed with aromatic hemp wood, and a Hot Tub Spa in a large indoor space. Clear roll-up blinds are raised when the weather suits so it feels more open to the outdoors. The Retreat is for the exclusive use of in-house guests. Charges apply and advance bookings are required. Should you wish to have a massage on site from one of the area's mobile therapists this can also be pre-arranged through your hosts.

Description of Rooms/Units:
Each guest room has an individual style. The Willow Room is furnished with white provincial-style furniture. The bold blue and white colour scheme includes vibrant hues of blue in the carpet and on the feature wall behind the bed. Blue accents continue in the ensuite which has a large corner spa with an overhead shower. The bedroom is fitted with reverse cycle heating and cooling and the window captures nearby mountain views.
The Orchid Room is decorated in shades of maroon and cream and the outlook is to a small courtyard and garden. The ensuite is very spacious with a twin basin vanity and a shower. The Emerald Room is styled in hues of green and cream. Two large windows overlook the garden and the ensuite is of medium size. Both these guest rooms have central heating ducts and free standing fans.
The appointments in every room include queen size beds with luxury cotton linen, television, DVD and CD player, quality toiletries and bath towels, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. |
