Eric and Serena have transformed a Federation cottage into a superb retreat set in a charming cottage garden. The elegant guesthouse offers three beautifully presented ensuite rooms. Tucked into the garden are two stylish self-contained cottages with private courtyard entrances and contemporary interior design. Every room and cottage has its own personal look and feel.

Jane Austen Room Designed with a Colefax and Fowler look - understated, tasteful, elegantly furnished in a traditional English country house style, with crisp floral chintz, bullion fringed drapes and whitewashed furniture.

Nelson Room The look is more contemporary, streamlined, casual and comfortable with luxurious king size bed (or twin) and its own private courtyard.

Oriental Cottage Contemporary style with a distinctive Eastern accent. Splashes of China Red and pewter embellish the chic environment.

Coastal Cottage Colour highlights in nautical blue and yellow, loft ceiling, polished floors and whitewashed walls create a fresh feel and reflect a Cape Cod theme.

Minimum Stay: Two nights on weekends. Three nights on long weekends. Four nights at Easter.

Cancellation Terms: More than 21 days notice - full refund given.
21 days or less cancellation charge is 50% of total tariff or one night's tariff whichever is the greater.
