	Kiltynane Estate is the picture-perfect Yarra Valley getaway…. Take a sunset stroll to the far hill of our vineyard and absorb the breathtaking view, bathed by the setting sun and ringed by the Great Dividing Range. Picture yourself in one of our French Provincial cottage apartments, sipping one of Yarra Valley's vintages and supping on an antipasto platter. Then step from your verandah to observe a crystal clear night sky emblazoned with the Milky Way, before retiring to an inviting bed, then to awaken refreshed and ready for a new day and more wonders.

Property Description:
Kiltynane Estate evokes a sense of maturity beyond its years. The stone and brick buildings with double-glazing, terracotta floors and lofty ceilings are rich in rustic European style and quality. The driveway takes you to the centre of the property where the main house and stables are clustered within lovely gardens. To the right overlooking a large paddock, is the guest cottage, which is divided into two mirror image apartments. Each is fully self contained with its own entrance and convenient parking space at the rear.

The suites have beautiful finishes. The furniture is elegant, in the provincial tradition, with finely crafted articles adding an extra level of distinction, while the hushed ambience of brick and double-glazing generates a comforting atmosphere.

Special Features:
Enjoy a package tailored to suit you, from the popular Wine and Food Lover's Getaway (which includes a welcome bottle of bubbly, antipasto nibbles and the banquet breakfast provisions) to ever more pampering and indulgent activities such as massages.
Kiltynen Estate grows Pinot Noir grapes and makes their wine on site. Guests can enjoy the activities surrounding vintage and tastings at celar door.
Your host can also assist with arranging local tours and airport transfers.

Description of Rooms/Units:

The cosy living room features an open fireplace, and lofty rustic ceiling with fan to circulate cool or warm air as needed. The suites also have thermostat controlled electronic heating and air conditioning. The terracotta floors are adorned with rugs and the sofa is upholstered in a soft yellow fabric.

The separate bedroom is fitted with a queen size bed, beautiful bed linen, romantic lighting and French doors to the terrace, plus practical items for travellers such as wardrobe and ironing facilities. The bathroom features a spa bath and crisp white tiling.

The kitchenette is well equipped with a two-plate cooktop and convection oven/grill, plus a microwave and small fridge.

Additional Accommodation In House
An extra couple can be accommodated in an ensuite room in the main residence on the Estate.

Breakfast: Breakfast provisions typically include fresh produce, croissants, cereal, yoghurt, berries, pure juice, free range eggs, bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms and fresh garden herbs.

Dining Options: Enjoy dining at one of the local wineries or restaurants, all within an easy drive or taxi ride. Alternatively you can pre-order lunch and dinner platters to enjoy at your apartment along with a choice of local wines at cellar door prices.

Cancellation Terms: Deposit is not refundable for cancellation, or change of dates, less than 14 days prior to check-in.
