Property Description: This collection of sensational villas is spread over a number of sites around Hepburn Springs. Earth, Air, Fire, Water, Nature, Bliss, Indulge and Temple are the evocative names of the villas. They are designed with a very definite emphasis on sensual pleasure. The essential features are the luxury king size bed, open wood fire, large LCD/plasma screen television, surround sound system, funky shag pile rug, a distinctive 'love seat' leather couch and windows and decks overlooking beautiful bushland. Standard villa facilities include free Austar, latest DVDs, electric blankets, linen and towels, dishwasher, reverse cycle heating & cooling units and electric barbecues. However, the star attraction is the top-of-the-range spa incorporated prominently into the living area.
Style and sophistication are apparent in every detail and designer fitting. The extravagant ensuite bathrooms are finished in imported tiles and have the latest look, stainless steel and glass pedestal vanities, and open showers - many of them double showers.
Timber, steel and stone work have been used in visually beautiful combinations internally and externally. And while there are numerous common elements, the architecture and interior designs vary from villa to villa, so each one offers something unique. Two of the villas are complemented with courtyards that have a sauna and a bath under the open sky.
The architecturally stunning Temple opened at the end of 2008. Interior stonework plays an even more significant role in this villa. From the heavy, double, wooden entrance doors, the villa opens to an expanse of interconnecting spaces. Directly ahead the living space steps down to the central, sunken jacuzzi, then a wall of folding glass opens onto a terrace beyond. To the left is the bedroom and amazing ensuite. To the right is the lounge, dining and kitchen section. The roofline and ceilings, like wings, rise at each end of the building.

Special Features: Guests will find welcome drinks and a Kudos Spa gift pack awaiting their arrival.
For those guests who desire a complete package experience, Kudos has several to choose from. All involve the services of highly regarded massage therapists and, depending on your selection, may include breakfast vouchers at a favourite local cafa dozen roses, a platter of local antipasto delicacies, chocolates and wine.

Description of Rooms/Units:
Kudos Nature is an open plan studio style space with a partially open ensuite, with dual rain shower heads, in addition to the open spa set in the floor in front of a dramatic stone feature wall. On the opposite side of the room is a sunken lounge with open fire. The wall mounted plasma television is viewable from anywhere in the villa.
Set on the side of a hill among the treetops, Kudos Fire and Kudos Earth have matching appointments - extravagant ensuites, open wood fires, sumptuous living room spas, superb king size beds - with slightly cosier interiors and compact kitchen facilities. For couples who desire twin share facilities, these villas have an additional attic-style bedroom (available on request) with a day bed and bird's eye view over Doctor's Gully.
Fire, Earth and Nature, share the same address on Second Street amidst a one acre setting with a central bocce court.
The two-storey, two-bedroom Kudos Air has the main bedroom upstairs, with a king size leather bed, LCD television, walk-in robe and private balcony. The second bedroom on the lower level has a queen size bed and its own full ensuite and exterior door. There are two leather 'love seat' couches in the living area.
About 30 metres from 'Air', Kudos Water is set on a cliff at the end of a no-through road. Apart from the usual Kudos features, the villa has a sun drenched lounge with a huge double yoko bag (a new development on the old bean bag). There's remote control lighting in the bedroom which looks out into the living room.
Kudos Bliss (with a white 'love seat' leather clamshell couch) and Kudos Indulge, both finished in 2008, incorporate yet more new indulgent features. As well as the lounge room spa, they each have an outdoor, sculpted stone bath in a large, private courtyard, surrounded by towering gum trees. A sauna, a shower and outdoor seating complete the courtyard. These villas have expanded kitchen facilities including a full size cooktop and dishwasher to match.
Kudos Temple (pictured right) has a full kitchen, a monster 100" movie screen, and all the usual Kudos luxury features. The ensuite has a dramatic double rain shower and heated towel rail, but there is also a very private outdoor bathroom with a bath and shower.
