	Guests of the Bush House Cottages enjoy the private and tranquil setting, while having the the advantages of Lorne and all its attractions nearby. A relaxing environment for couples or families.

Property Description:
There are five cottages nestled amongst the trees. The cottage design combines natural timbers and bright trims to achieve a successful blend of country and beach house character. The two storey, airy and spacious interiors are enhanced by cathedral ceilings.

The cottages are spaced well apart from each other, helping to ensure privacy and quiet for couples and families.

The single storey Bush House, built in 2007, offers the latest amenities including a large outdoor barbecue area in a beautiful bush setting. It has a cosy, colonial feel, clad in corrugated iron, adorned with a few relics of past years and set amongst the gum trees. With three bedrooms it can cater for an extended family or two families sharing.

Special Features:
There are walks on the property, and a yabbie dam and playground will entertain children for hours. King parrots and rosellas regularly visit the cottages and will come to the deck to be fed. Kangaroos and other wildlife are sometimes seen on the property also.

Description of Rooms/Units:

COTTAGES
Each cottage has two bedrooms, a spa bathroom, spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area opening onto a large deck with views. Two cottages have views to the sea while the others look out over wooded hills of the Otways.

The cottages are decorated in a simple, tasteful style, and feature cathedral ceilings, efficient wood burning heaters and air conditioning. The master bedrooms have queen size beds and are located upstairs. The downstairs bedrooms contain single and bunk beds to sleep three. (One cottage has a double bed in the second bedroom).

BUSH HOUSE
The Bush House has two double bedrooms and a third bedroom with two sets of bunks (i.e. 4 beds). Facilities include a fully equipped modern kitchen, dishwasher, television, DVD player, gas wood fire, double spa bath, air-conditioning, an outdoor barbecue area and undercover parking.

All linen is supplied and laundry facilities are available.

Dining Options: Lorne is a few minutes drive, offering a wide choice of dining options.

Guest BBQ Facilities: A barbecue is located on each cottage deck.

Tariff: Rates vary depending on the time of year and length of stay, starting at $140 per night midweek for a couple.

Minimum Stay: 2 night minimum on weekends and during holiday periods

Deposit: Usually 50%

Cancellation Terms: More than 14 days' notice - deposit is refundable less 10% of total tariff.
Less than 14 days' notice - deposit is forfeited unless the cottage is re-let to others for the same period, then refunds less 10% of total tariff are given.
