	Linden Gardens Rainforest Retreat is a place where you can hide away and be alone. With in-suite dining, massage treatments and breakfast brought to your suite, the service is discreet and thoroughly indulgent. So whether it's a honeymoon, anniversary, special occasion or just to treat yourselves, Linden Gardens is made for romance.

Property Description:
The historic Linden Gardens estate is a 'Hills' icon with unique plants and gardens dating back to 1910. The 3-acre estate with its massive rhododendrons, ferns and towering mountain ash blend seamlessly into the lush rainforest surrounds.

In the midst of this forest garden there are three quite different, and very private, standalone multi level suites the size of small apartments. Each has its own entrance and all take special advantage of leafy, tranquil forest garden views. The architecture and decor combine unique antiques, classical and contemporary furniture with fine furnishings and luxury appointments.

Relaxing massages can be arranged in the comfort of your suite.

Description of Rooms/Units:

Sanctuary Tower (pictured above and right)
This suite is spread over three luxurious level. At the top is the bedroom gazing out through soaring windows to the forest canopy and the gardens below. The middle level is the suite's lounge with big comfy sofas, a gas log fire, 42 inch plasma television, DVD player, and panoramic windows. The lowest level is devoted to the sunken spa. The huge spa room has a gas log fire and a sweep of windows looking out to the fern-filled garden.

Linden Cottage
Nestled in the garden, this cosy freestanding cottage also has three distinct areas. The lounge has a sofa and dining table around a romantic gas log fire. A dividing wall unit in the centre of the cottage separates the bedroom area with its king size bed placed against the back of the unit. A few steps lead down to the large bathroom with a spa and a separate double shower. The corner spa has corner windows to the forest ferns outside.

Garden Retreat
The Garden Retreat has a lounge room on the lower level, with dining facilities, a gas log fire and a corner spa in the room. The bedroom is on the upper level where, apart from a large octagonal window in one wall, there are windows along two other walls overlooking the forest. This room also has a gas log fireplace.

Each suite is appointed with a king size bed and luxurious linen. Bathrobes, bubble bath and bath salts are provided for guests' use. All suites are equipped with a mini bar, air-conditioning, 42 inch plasma television, CD and DVD players, second flat screen television in the bedroom, a selection of movies, as well as wireless broadband internet access for laptop users.

Meals

Breakfast: A hearty, three course breakfast is served to guests in their suite or outdoors surrounded by nature on their private patio.

Dining Options: There is an excellent selection of restaurants within 5 minutes, or there are several room service platters you can order to have in your suite.

Deposit: 50% (non-refundable) on booking

Cancellation Terms: No refunds available. With at least 2 weeks notice the deposit may be transferred to another date ($50 transfer fee applies). Less than 72 hours notice - full tariff charged.
