Only 1￿ hours' drive from Melbourne CBD, the apartments represent a great base for exploring Tarra Bulga National Park, Walhalla, the Gippsland Lakes area, or you may simply chose to just relax and enjoy the local wineries and restaurants.

Property Description:
The property comprises four freestanding timber cottages (apartments). The attractive two-bedroom cottages are painted white with period style details such as a bullnose verandah with wrought iron lace decoration. Adding to the charm of their presentation, a white picket fence marks out individual front gardens. A garden seat stands on the verandah by the panelled front door and a bay window from the lounge area is set along the verandah. Each apartment also has a rear entry from a carport attached to the cottage, and a small private courtyard containing a barbecue.

Each apartment can accommodate five. There is ample living space, with a large comfortably furnished lounge area, a formal dining area and a well equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. Two of the cottage/apartments also feature a spa in their bathroom.

Guests have access to a nearby outdoor solar heated swimming pool and spa

Description of Rooms/Units:

All the apartments have two bedrooms with a queen size bed and wall mounted television in the main bedroom. The second bedroom has a trio bunk (a single bed over a double bed). All bedding and electric blankets are provided an both rooms have built in wardrobes.

The bathroom in the standard apartments (1 & 2) contains a shower, vanity basin, toilet and laundry facilities. Apartments 3 & 4 have the added luxury of a corner spa bath, a separate toilet and a separate laundry.

Each apartment has an open plan living area that incorporates a dining area with a six seater dining table, a family size kitchen, and a lounge area with a bay window and a comfortable, fully upholstered lounge suite. The room is equipped with LCD large screen television, DVD and CD players, reverse cycle air conditioning/heating. A private courtyard contains a barbecue and outdoor setting. Undercover parking is provided at the rear entrance to the apartment.

Kitchen facilities include large fridge, microwave, dishwasher and the usual small appliances, cutlery, crockery and cookware. Apartments 1 & 2 have a full stove/oven in the kitchen, while Apartmets 3 & 4 have an electric cooktop and a wall oven, plus a large corner pantry.
