Property Description:
This distinctive house is quite a showstopper due, in no small part, to the creative expression of owner Many Rowe. The two-bedroom house is strictly contemporary in design but thoroughly liveable in function. A large open plan space incorporates living, dining and gourmet kitchen areas. The décor is a fusion of design styles from around the world, from the ultra-hip look of present day Palm Springs to the timeless beauty of classical France. Refreshing colour and form stands out against a background of simple lines and lots of white, like the bold shapes of the dramatic Art Deco lounge suite in the living area.

Green Room
Behind the green door is a funky, contemporary bedroom vibrating with splashes of lime green and burnt orange. Hand-painted fabrics are stylishly incorporated in the designer furniture, soft furnishings and modern lampshades. Black silk drapes complement this dynamic palette.

Rose Room
This bedroom offers a soft, feminine ambience through the careful blending of hand-painted fabrics, subtle designer lighting, snow-white voile drapes and an exquisite gilded French bedhead.

Each bedroom has its own sleek ensuite, with a glass shower, imported Italian tiles and beautiful quality fixtures. Both bedrooms have large, north-facing windows and glass doors opening onto the deck and views of the olive grove, farm and distant mountains. Planters are used to create discreet private areas on the otherwise open deck.

Special Features:
Drawing from her "Hot Art" design label Mandy Rowe has fashioned a range of hand-painted fabrics into upholstered headboards, bed throws, lampshades, chairs and lounges to give Minnies its completely unique look.

Description of Rooms/Units:

The bedrooms feature queen size beds and flat screen televisions mounted on the wall opposite. The Rose Room is traditional, elegant and romantic. The Green Room is modern and vivacious. Each bedroom has a beautifully appointed ensuite, with Sanctum toiletries, luxurious bath sheets and a hydro therm towel rack. All linen is included.

The kitchen is equipped for discerning cooks with a full stove, a large oven, a family size fridge, a microwave and a compact dishwasher.

The house also offers a library of DVDs and CDs, reverse cycle air conditioning, internet access and work desk, laundry facilities and ample storage space.

Breakfast: Gourmet breakfast provisions are supplied daily. Items can range from bircher muesli, poached fruit, egg & bacon pies, smoked cod & egg pies, bread, coconut bread and homemade jams.

Dining Options: Evening meals can be arranged with prior notice. Exclusive wine list available. A good selection of restaurants can be found in Sale (5 mins drive). Or bring your own supplies to prepare in your gourmet kitchen.
