Property Description: The location of this modern, two-storey house is quite simply exceptional. More than that, the architectural design has capitalised on every aspect of the setting. The main upstairs living space, which incorporates the kitchen and dining areas, is flanked on both sides by large decks. The south deck faces Sunderland Bay with awesome coast and ocean views. This deck is built with frameless glass balustrade panels so the view is maximised from inside the house as well. The master bedroom also opens out onto this deck through a full-length glass door with a matching window. The sunny north deck overlooks coastal bush and farmland. It's set up for outdoor entertaining with table and padded chairs, market umbrella and barbecue.
The living area makes abundant use of white - in the sloped ceiling, the built in kitchen is white with stainless steel bench tops, and the leather lounge furniture is white. Brilliant yellow on the walls adds a touch of sunny colour. Above the built in wood fire hangs a watercolour of the actual bay outside. The rest of the furniture is sleek and modern.
A second living room is located downstairs along with two further bedrooms, bathroom, laundry and sunroom. The backyard is fully fenced.

Upstairs
The master bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and has an ensuite bathroom.
The living room has a wood heater, ceiling fans a white leather lounge suite and a glass and steel dining suite. The room is equipped with a large television, video, DVD and CD players. Glass doors from the dining area open onto the front and rear decks. The kitchen has a full cook top and under bench oven, fridge, microwave and an island bench with a dishwasher, sink and water filter.
Ground Level
This level also has a large living room with a kitchenette. There are two bedrooms; one with a queen size bed and the other has a double bed and a set of bunks. Additional sleeping facilities include a sunroom with a double divan bed and a single folding bed can be utilised. There is a family bathroom with a bath & shower, separate toilet and laundry facilities.
The property has off-street parking for up to three cars.
Linen is not included although it can be provided by prior arrangement at a small additional charge. |
