Property Description: Newington is a 22-acre stud farm engaged in breeding show horses. The landscape of slightly undulating paddocks features a picturesque dam surrounded by statuesque red gums and abundant birdlife.
At the end of the winding tree lined drive is the recently built, architect-designed residence. At one end of the residence is a private, spacious, well-appointed apartment. The apartment comprises two queen bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet facilities, and an open plan living room in the middle with a fully equipped kitchen and meals area. French doors open from the living room onto a private and spacious, sunny patio abutting the lawn and gardens. The apartment is a classic, understated, contemporary design, with a neutral colour scheme and large light filled rooms with far reaching views.

Description of Rooms/Units: Both bedrooms have queen size beds, quality furnishings, luxury linen and doonas. They have overhead fans and large windows with expansive views and black out blinds for quality sleep.
There are two luxurious bathrooms. One has a twin basin vanity, a shower and a bath plus a separate toilet. The other has a single basin vanity, a large shower and a separate toilet. There is also a laundry with a washing machine and ironing facilities.
The open plan living area has a fully equipped kitchen with electric hotplates and oven, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. The carpeted living area is fully furnished with two large couches, television, DVD and CD players and reverse cycle air conditioning.
The patio features a quality Jarrah outdoor setting, market umbrella and large barbecue. |
