Property Description: This two storey townhouse is fresh and contemporary with a location that is super convenient to the central shopping precinct, and to Smith's Beach, while the Surf Beach is also an easy walk. Ocean views make the property even more attractive as a seaside getaway. There are two large bedrooms, plus a retreat that can be used as a third bedroom.
On the upper level at the front of the residence, the living area has a glass apex window as well as full length windows, and sliding glass doors onto the large balcony. So from the light filled living room, and from the balcony, the view encompasses the ocean. The townhouse is furnished throughout with beautiful, modern furniture, complemented by a neutral colour scheme. Underfoot is a practical combination of polished floorboards, tiles and carpet.

Upstairs
The master bedroom features a queen size bed, television, walk-in robe and ensuite. The open plan lounge/dining area features comfortable couches, a 42" plasma television with DVD player, a telescope and modern dining table with seating for six. The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge/freezer, electric stove & oven, microwave, toaster and all crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.
Floor to ceiling windows from the living area open on to a large balcony which has an outdoor setting. The balcony and living area have ocean views.
Downstairs
The second bedroom has two single beds and a rollaway. A separate retreat contains a sofa that folds out into a comfortable double bed. Both rooms have ample cupboard space and access to the outdoor courtyard at the rear of the property. A hide-away laundry features a washing machine and dryer and there is a second bathroom downstairs. The property sleeps 4-5 adults comfortably. Luxurious linen and doonas provide the finishing touches.
A remote control garage provides secure and convenient parking.
