	Whether you are a party of eight or just one couple, this collection of self-contained accommodation includes something to suit. There are some with official AAA Tourism 4 STAR ratings and others with even more luxurious interiors. Even the most affordable options meet a high standard of presentation. You can be based within walking distance of Mansfield's restaurants or located in Merrijig at the base of Mt Buller. Whichever you prefer, you will be drawn to the snow covered slopes in winter, or the year round beauty of the awesome High Country landscape just waiting to be explored.

Property Description:
Elouera is a fine weatherboard home with three bedrooms (sleeps 8), with a large front garden and an even larger backyard that is fully enclosed. Across the back of the house there is a long undercover deck with a barbecue, table and directors chairs to take advantage of the fresh country air. Renovations have combined the main rooms for spacious, open plan living with a wood fire in one corner. The family friendly house is close to Lords Reserve, just 600m to Mansfield's High Street.

Also located in the heart of town, Top Spot is a luxury two-bedroom/ two bathroom, ground floor holiday unit, in a small, well kept block of apartments. The interior layout works well for two couples or one, with the bedrooms at either end of the apartment and the open plan living room in the middle, all stylishly furnished. A large, private courtyard garden, complete with water feature, provides plenty of room to gather round the outdoor table under the all-weather pergola for a drink and/or to put the barbecue to good use.

Allambie is a one-bedroom apartment on a private 10-acre property, two minutes' drive south-east of town. Peaceful country surroundings and wonderful views of Mt Buller add to the appeal of this hideaway.

Further afield from Mansfield, yet closer to the Mt Buller entry gate, there are a couple of options located in Merrijig. Timbertop House comprises a formal-style, impressive looking stone house that sleeps up to eight, plus an attic apartment which can accommodate up to four people. The house has a rather grand open fireplace in the lounge - dining room and plenty of traditional styling. All three bedrooms have ensuites, and the master ensuite features a spa bath. Hydronic heating is installed throughout both.

Alongside the Delatite River, and part of the 'Delatite Apartments' complex, several of the now privately owned apartments and motel-style rooms are part of the Off Mountain Accommodation collection. They benefit from landscaped surroundings and common facilities that include a floodlit tennis court, swimming pool, barbecue area, laundry and drying rooms. The apartment interiors have been refurbished from top to bottom, incorporating good quality appliances and simple, tasteful furnishings. The bathroom and kitchen fit-outs are of a high standard. Oak is a two storey building with one apartment and two motel-style rooms. The apartment has a master bedroom and ensuite at ground level. Stairs lead up to the open plan living area which has sliding glass doors opening onto a deck with views to Mt Buller. The decor is stylish and contemporary. Of the ground floor motel-style rooms, one of these can be incorporated into the apartment floorplan, effectively turning it into a two-bedroom apartment. The single storey Elm apartment has two bedrooms but with a similar flexibility to incorporate one of its building's motel-style rooms to form a three-bedroom apartment. Pine is another single storey block containing a one-bedroom apartment and two motel-style rooms.

Both Elm and Pine are simply and comfortably furnished.

Description of Rooms/Units:

Quality linen and towels are provided at all properties. The houses and apartments each have fully equipped kitchens. The motel-style rooms have basic kitchenette facilities of sink, microwave, toaster, electric jug, small fridge, plates and cutlery. Other standard equipment includes television and DVD players.

Elouera (house - sleeps 8) - has two bedrooms with queen size beds and an adjoining bathroom. The third bedroom has a set of bunk beds and a single bed, plus a trundle bed. There is also a second bathroom. The living room has a wood fire and a reverse cycle air-conditioning unit. Electric heater panels are spread throughout the house. There is a secure rear garden and a two-car carport.

Top Spot (apartment - sleeps 4) has one bedroom with a king size bed and an ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with an adjacent bathroom and toilet.

Allambie (apartment - sleeps 4) has one queen bedroom with adjacent bathroom. A double sofa bed in the living room brings the capacity up to four occupants.

Timbertop House (house - sleeps 8, & apartment - sleeps 4) has a queen master bedroom and ensuite with spa. The other two ensuite bedrooms have a double bed and a double bed plus a set of bunks respectively. The apartment has two double bedrooms with one ensuite between them.

At the 'Delatite Apartments' complex:

The Oak apartment has a master bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite. There is a second bathroom and two can sleep on a sofa bed. A second queen bedroom & ensuite can be added to the configuration. The other motel-style room in the building has two sets of bunks.

The Elm apartment has two bedrooms; one with a queen bed and ensuite with spa, the second with a queen bed, bunk set and ensuite. Add the motel room for a third queen bedroom and ensuite.

The Pine apartment has one bedroom with a queen bed and a bunk set. The living room can sleep an extra two on the double sofa bed. Pine also has two motel rooms with a queen bed and a bunk set.

Dining Options: There are a number of excellent restaurants and pubs in Mansfield and a small selection in Merrijig. Or stock up on provisions in Mansfield and self cater in your kitchen.

Deposit: Peak: 50% on confirmation of booking. Balance 1 month prior to arrival date.
Off Peak: 25% on confirmation of booking. Balance 2 weeks prior to arrival date.

Cancellation Terms: Less than 30 days notice - $20 admin fee incurred. Less than 14 days notice - 50% of total tariff. Less than 7 days notice - 100% of total tariff (unless relet). No refunds on early departures.
