Best suited to couples, whether wine connoisseurs, beach lovers, cyclists, golfers or just world-weary souls seeking rejuvenation, Ora Banda is a great escape offering style and tranquillity.

Slip into a luxurious, fluffy bathrobe and enjoy the sounds of the waves crashing nearby at Honeysuckle Point, the Peninsula's best-kept secret. From your north facing, sun drenched verandah, delight in the abundant birdlife, and don't be surprised if you catch a glimpse of a koala ambling along. |

Property Description: Situated at the end of a no-through road, 300 metres from the beach, the private seaside retreat of Ora Banda lies behind remote controlled gates. The 1½ acres is sensitively landscaped, showcasing an array of indigenous and drought tolerant plants, against a skyline of mature eucalypts and cypress often grown near the coast. The property abuts 14 acres of native fauna reserve and wetlands contributing to the natural surroundings of the property.
Two guest cottages have been transformed into self-contained accommodation with particular contemporary flair.
The Rest retains a faint resemblance to the original century-old building, but otherwise it could be straight from the architectural fashion pages of today. Sleek polished floors, designer colour combinations, white plantation shutters and very modern furnishings are integrated in a spacious uncluttered living area which also features a slow combustion wood fire. The studio style layout flows up several steps to the bedroom space carpeted in deep, plush, charcoal with matching walls. A luxury double spa features in the crisp white ensuite.
The Retreat has a cosier quality. The same velvety grey carpet sets off the white painted, timber panelled walls. A dividing wall down the centre of the roofline separates the lounge and sleeping quarters, with an open arch in between. The furnishings capture a Bali influence, including generous floor cushions and throws. Northern sunlight fills the modern kitchenette and dining corner. French doors open to a private courtyard, overlooking the nature reserve.

Special Features: A direct beach track, minutes walk from Ora Banda, will find you on the golden sands overlooking Westernport Bay to Phillip Island, the Nobbies and Seal Rocks. The beach is backed by substantial sand dunes and is a favourite with surf enthusiasts, wave jumpers, fishermen, and is suitable for swimming.
