Property Description:
The cottages are contemporary in design yet look right at home in their rural setting. The emphasis on space, air and light has been taken to its zenith with spectacular bifold doors that open up the back of cottage, integrating the entire living space with the outdoors - the rich timber floor merging into the wooden deck outside. Even when the doors are closed and the log fire is burning, the exterior landscape is part of the room. The bedroom and even the elevated spa in the bathroom get the benefit of sensational panoramic views of the rolling countryside and vineyards.

The garden beds around the cottages feature a variety of herbs for guests to enjoy when cooking in their kitchen or having a barbecue on the lawn. To the front of the cottages is the property's vineyard and to the rear is a special nature reserve that is home to echidnas, wombats and other shy native animals.

The restaurant is located on the property a short walk along from the cottages. Enjoy Outlook Hill award wines with modern Australian, robust meals featuring regional produce. The restaurant's terrace overlooks the valley and vineyards or you can enjoy restaurant meals sitting on your own private cottage deck. The venue is also available for private functions.

Description of Rooms/Units:

Each cottage is self-contained having a full kitchen with microwave, 4 burner gas cooktop, grilling plate, small fridge, tea/ coffee and all necessary cookware and kitchen utensils plus a small pantry stocked with tea, coffee, hot chocolate, jams and condiments.

The bedroom has a queen size bed with crisp designer linen, fluffy robes and towels. The bathroom has a raised double spa with handmade soaps and candles provided for a romantic touch. In one cottage there is a separate shower as well as a spa.

The living area features a potbelly wood fire, reverse cycle air conditioning, two sofas (one of which converts to a double bed), television, DVD and sound system.

Breakfast: Full gourmet breakfast provisions are supplied including; yoghurt, muesli, cereal, fruit, eggs, bacon, mushrooms, tomato and homemade bread.

Dining Options: Take advantage of the restaurant on the property (details above). Restaurant meals are also available for in-cottage dining. Local favourites such as Mt Rael, Belle Vedere and Yering Station are a short 5-minute drive.
