Here is an enchanting Peninsula getaway that is sure to lift your spirits the moment you step across the threshold.

Property Description:
This two bedroom self-contained cottage has a fresh yet classic, French-inspired interior design. Vibrantly coloured walls, rich polished floors and sparkling white ceilings and trim provide the backdrop for Parisian-style furnishings, timber furniture and iron fittings. Timeless quality is portrayed throughout the cottage with tributes to the world of arts. The living area is graced by an elegant open fire, with a large, gilt-framed mirror above.

The bedrooms have received just as much attention to their décor. Best of all, the main bedroom features two sets of French doors opening out to the large front patio and a sheltered front garden.

Description of Rooms/Units:
Both beautifully decorated bedrooms have ceiling fans, queen size beds, electric blankets, quality linen, bathrobes and ample wardrobe space.

The spacious terracotta and white tiled bathroom offers a double spa, a separate double shower and plenty of plush towels.

Eat indoors or outside on the patio. There's a well equipped kitchen with gas stove, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, as well as a barbecue outside.

Other facilities include central heating, television, video and CD player with a range of videos, CDs, board games and a set of golf clubs. The cottage also offers undercover parking.

Breakfast: Ample breakfast provisions are supplied, including eggs, bacon, hydroponic tomatoes, mushrooms, choice of cereals, tea, and coffee, fresh orange juice. Breakfast supplies are not provided beyond four days.

Dining Options: Mornington has an outstanding array of cafés and restaurants in walking distance. Plus arrangements have been made with a local restaurant for home delivery if preferred.

Weekends: $400 for two nights. $540 for three nights (excluding Peak Periods)
Midweek (Mon-Thu): Single night $245. Two nights $190 per night. Three nights $180 per night. Four to five nights $175 per night.
Weekly: $1190
Second bedroom: $45 per adult per night

Peak Periods - Christmas through January, Easter, Long Weekends & Melbourne Cup
$250 per night. Weekly $1500.
Second bedroom: $90 per night

Minimum Stay: Two nights on weekends i.e. Saturday is not available as a single night booking.
Three night minimums apply to long weekends, Easter, Melbourne Cup and Christmas through January

Deposit: 50% on booking

Cancellation Terms:
30+ days notice - 10% of tariff. Less than 30 days notice - 30%. Less than 7 days notice - 50%.
Postponements & cancellations for peak period bookings, or for less than 48 hrs notice throughout the year, will be charged the full tariff.
