From the moment the sun comes up to long into the moonlit night you'll love every passing hour of the view. And with only 50 metres to the water's edge, the sound of the surf is a constant companion whether you're on your front terrace or inside your apartment.

Property Description:
This set of four apartments is sited at the southern end of Loutitt Bay. They are built onto a slope well above the main road with apartments 3 and 4 at the front and apartments 1 and 2 set higher at the back, so all four have outstanding views over the water. And you only have to cross the road to the shore. At this edge of the bay there are rocks, worn flat by the waves, that are easy walking or there is a path along the embankment to use when the tide is in. 500 metres takes you to the main sandy beach overlooked by the Surf Life Saving Club and behind this the main street lined with shops and cafés.
From their excellent location the apartments really benefit from a sunny north eastern aspect. Furthermore, each one has a large balcony terrace at the front where you can barbecue and eat outdoors. Inside and out the apartments are quite modern in design and offer very practical interior layouts. The living areas are large open plan rooms with huge picture windows. One of the front apartments has two bedrooms, but all the others have three bedrooms and are best suited to families. Only the master ensuite bedrooms have queen size beds, the rest have twin beds. The kitchens are well equipped and laundry facilities are an advantage for longer stays, while undercover parking will protect your car from the elements.

Description of Rooms/Units:
Each apartment has a master bedroom with a queen size bed and an ensuite. The other bedrooms have twin single beds. All linen is included. Each apartment also has a main bathroom.
The living area is furnished with a lounge suite and a dining setting. Equipment includes television, video and Playstation for the kids. The kitchen is equipped with electric oven and cook top, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. The living area opens onto the balcony overlooking the water. Here there is a gas barbecue and an outdoor furniture for alfresco dining.
