Pine and Oak have a AAA Tourism 4 STAR rating. As for the position, you can drive to Mt Buller in approximately 30 minutes or be in Mansfield for dinner in around 15 minutes. |

Property Description:
'Delatite Apartments' is a collection of accommodation buildings set in landscaped surroundings with the Delatite River passing alongside. Each block of accommodation is now privately owned although they have the benefit of communal guest facilities that include laundry and drying rooms, a floodlit tennis court, swimming pool and barbecue area. And if you don’t feel like cooking or driving in to Mansfield for a meal, right next door is the Hunt Club Hotel which is open for lunch and dinner seven days a week.
On the outside there is nothing remarkable about the architecture at Delatite Apartments, however, the interiors have been recently refurbished from top to bottom, incorporating good quality appliances and simple, tasteful furnishings. The bathrooms, and kitchen fit-outs are of a high standard and the furniture is casual and comfortable.
Pine is a single storey block containing a one-bedroom apartment and two motel-style rooms.
Oak is a two storey building with one apartment and two motel-style rooms. The apartment has a master bedroom and ensuite at ground level. Stairs lead up to the open plan living area which has sliding glass doors opening onto a deck with views to Mt Buller. Also on the ground floor are two motel-style rooms, one of which can be incorporated into the apartment floorplan, effectively turning it into a two-bedroom apartment. Oak features a slightly more stylish, contemporary look.

Description of Rooms/Units:
Pine Apartment (pictured right) has one bedroom with a queen size bed and a set of bunk beds, a television and DVD player, and an ensuite bathroom.
The living/dining room has a double sofa bed and an armchair, dining table and six chairs, a wall mounted television and DVD player, and reverse cycle air-conditioning.
The fully equipped, open plan kitchen includes a dishwasher, full size oven and cooktop, medium size fridge, microwave and a stereo/CD player.
The Pine Motel-style Rooms both have a queen size bed and a set of bunks so they can sleep up to four. In addition they have table & chairs, television, DVD player, reverse cycle air-conditioning, kitchenettes with small fridge, sink, microwave, toaster, electric jug, and basic cutlery, crockery & glasses.
The Oak Apartment (pictured below) is available in a one-bedroom or a two-bedroom configuration. The integral bedroom has a queen size bed and an ensuite. In the one-bedroom set up, an extra two people can use the double sofa bed in the living room if required. In the two-bedroom set up, the second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, its own ensuite, television and DVD (This room is otherwise one of the motel-style rooms).
The apartment has a u-shaped kitchen with a full size gas cooktop, underbench oven, stainless steel fridge, dishwasher and microwave. The timber and glass dining table has eight chairs and the lounge area has a flat screen television on the wall and DVD and CD players on top of a red Asian cabinet. The living area is equipped with reverse cycle air-conditioning.
Oak also has two Motel-style Rooms. One of these has a queen size bed and sleeps two. The second has two sets of bunks so it can sleep four people. In all other respects these rooms have the same facilities as those described for the Pine Motel-style rooms.
Quality bedding, linen and towels are supplied throughout Pine and Oak.
