Property Description: Quarterdeck-Clifftop is nestled into coastal scrub in a well camouflaged residential area of Blairgowrie. Its unique asset is the view, with bay or ocean views from all rooms and complete panoramic 360° views from the lounge/ family room. On one side you see yachts in the bay. On the other side you can see the ocean, so it's possible to watch a merchant ship on the ocean and a little later see it travel up the bay.
A contemporary style residence, the house is well designed to suit families. Adults can make a retreat of the top floor while the "Brig" lower level suite is good to keep the older children out of mind and out of sight. Each of the three levels has ample living area and there's no shortage of deck space to encourage you to make the most of the sea air and sunshine. The main living area has a Saxon log fire (or air conditioning for summer), dining table for eight, plenty of casual lounge seating and a digital wide screen television with DVD, video and music systems (just one of the home many entertainment systems). The kitchen has all you could need including a dishwasher and breadmaker. The large main deck has an outdoor setting for ten, a shade sail and umbrella. Practicality and luxury are well balanced at Quarterdeck-Clifftop.
