With all the appointments of an extremely comfortable home, the cottage is a great choice for those who want a getaway entirely to themselves. Grab a weekend or move in for a week and take your time exploring fabulous Echuca and the Murray. Bring the children or come with friends. Your pet dog is also welcome. And while the cottage will be bubbling with life with six people, it can also be a quiet haven for two.

Property Description: The three bedroom cottage is constructed of brick with a rendered finish and painted a pleasant green. Soothing greens are also used in the main living room, which features an impressive gas log fire with a beautiful red gum mantle. In fact the cottage is furnished with many fine River Red Gum pieces hand crafted by host Graham, a qualified cabinet maker. These include the coffee table and the entertainment unit in the living room and the bed heads and bedside drawers. The red gum furniture together with local photography, displayed on the walls, adds a distinctive "Echuca" personality to the interior.
The kitchen and meals area opens onto the rear yard where there is a large attractively landscaped, undercover patio for outdoor entertaining complete with gas barbecue. The backyard is fully enclosed and the front yard is safely fenced.
Particularly welcome in summer are ducted air-conditioning and undercover parking, and a double spa is attractive at any time of the year.

Description of Rooms/Units: The master bedroom has a queen size bed and an ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity. The remaining bedrooms are in a separate section of the house, with a queen size bed in one and two singles in the other. These are adjacent to the main bathroom, which features a corner spa. Quality linen, towels and toiletries are provided.
The kitchen facilities include gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, plus tea, coffee and sugar. There is also a laundry with washing machine and dryer and a second toilet.
The cottage is equipped with large television, video, DVD, CD player, books, magazines, videos, CDs, board games.
Secure, under cover parking is provided for one car, with the possibility of a second tandem car or boat trailer by driving through to the patio. |

Five nights off peak (Sun to Fri) $510 to $550 for one couple.

Extra Adults: (up to) $25 per night. Children (up to) $15 per night. Pet dog $20 per stay. |
