Property Description:
The guest cottage is situated in the park-like gardens of this 3-acre property. Large ornamental trees create a framework for lawns and beds of roses, lavender, iris and flowering shrubs which provide colour for much of the year. The garden also attracts plenty of birds and the occasional wild rabbit.
The brick cottage, with its Tudor touch, has tall windows ensuring a bright interior. Slate floors extend from the front entrance through the open plan living area and kitchen. Across from the large sofa is a widescreen television. A thick rug on the floor and four big wall hangings, representing the seasons, and an extra armchair, consolidate the lounge.
A colonial-style dining suite is positioned by one of the large windows, with the fully equipped kitchen adjacent. The cottage has two fully carpeted bedrooms, serviced by a good sized bathroom with a separate toilet. The main bedroom has a charming wrought iron bed and matching bedside tables, with tall provincial-style lamps.

Description of Rooms/Units:
The main bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. The beds are made up in crisp, white sheets and beautiful covers. Both rooms have ample wardrobe space.
A short hallway leads to the bathroom which offers a full size bath with a wall mounted or hand held showerhead. There is a large vanity unit, ceiling heat lamps, hair dryer, soap, hand wash and tissues. The toilet is separate, accessed through the bathroom.
The living area has a 94cm LCD television, DVD/CD/I-Pod/USB/radio unit and reverse cycle air-conditioning. Magazines, books and selection of music via USB are provided, with a DVD library available on request.
The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven with gas hob, sink, microwave, full size refrigerator, toaster, electric kettle, crockery, cutlery, cookware, glassware and utensils.
The cottage also has a complete laundry with large front load washer/dryer, washing powder, iron, and ironing board. |

Weekends: $170 per night for a couple
Midweek (Mon-Thu): $150 per night for a couple
Option: Should guests choose to bring their own breakfast provisions, $20 may be deducted from the daily tariff
Additional persons - $50 per adult per night. $25 per child (under 14 years) per night.
In the case of bookings for two people who require a bedroom each, please add $50 per night for the second bedroom.
