Santa Fe is just the place to enjoy a bay-side holiday, of the quiet relaxing variety, or the super-charged energetic variety, or a little of both. It's economical and big enough for a large family group, but also flexible for couples.

Luxuriate in one of the spas as the sun sets over the water. Enjoy outdoor dining on your deck in this peaceful corner of Mt Martha. And the Spanish-style of Santa Fe will add an exotic flourish to your peninsula stay - Holá!

To get out and about, grab your towel and head for South Beach or check out the village for a café treat. A short drive and you can discover the many boutique peninsula wineries or a choice of premier golf courses to work on your handicap.

Property Description:
This roomy, uncomplicated beach house is located amongst native trees and huge Norfolk pines, along a quiet country lane. Over the treetops the blue expanse of bay can be seen from virtually every room of this two-storey house. A detailed renovation has incorporated a distinctive Spanish theme to the interior design as well as the much-valued comforts of not one but two spa ensuites and a Jetmaster open fire in one of the living areas. The L-shape of the house wraps around a large outdoor entertaining deck. Massive glass windows and doors give a continuous sense of space between the indoor rooms and the deck area. A very Mediterranean-looking balcony juts out over part of the deck, from the upstairs master suite.

The kitchen cabinets have the rustic character of knotted timber, complemented by the Provincial style table and chairs of the meals area and the natural timber floorboards. Elsewhere terracotta tiles are widely used for the floor. Decorative wrought iron features, handcrafted Mexican tiles, recycled timbers and mostly white walls, help to recreate the ambience of a simple Spanish villa.

Function / Conference Facilities:
In house catering is available for dinner parties. Other parties are not permitted - the facilities are strictly for resident guests and permission from the owners is required for day visitors.
Suitable for small executive group workshops in combination with nearby Villa Mallorca, for groups of up to 20.

Entry is into a lounge with a feature fireplace containing a Jetmaster open fire and two facing couches. This level has a queen bedroom with its own spa ensuite, with window shutters between, and access to the deck. There is another queen bedroom, a bathroom and a laundry in this section of the house, plus the long open plan living-dining-kitchen space adjoining the deck. The living room is equipped with a television and Foxtel, DVD and CD players and a movie library. The house has ducted heating and reverse cycle air-conditioning units. The kitchen is equipped with an upright stove/oven, large fridge, microwave and other essentials and there's a large gas barbecue on the deck as well as plenty of outdoor furniture for alfresco dining.

The upper level of the house has the main bedroom, which has an ensuite with a spa (pictured right) with prime views. A private, rustic, Mediterranean-style balcony for two opens off the master bedroom above the main deck.
Also upstairs are two further bedrooms - one with twin beds and one with a king single and a trundle.
