Property Description:
The substantial brick house stands on an elevated site surrounded by native garden and natural bush. The main floorplan occupies the upper level that features a very large living space with cathedral ceilings, polished floors and exposed brick walls. A wood heater provides a warm, cosy focus to the space, which is otherwise a pleasantly cool environment in summer with the extra benefit of air-conditioning. The kitchen and dining area are part of the same open plan space making it ideal for casual living and entertaining friends.
There are three bedrooms, one ensuite and a spa bathroom. The garage on the lower level has been converted into a complete children's retreat with entertainment facilities, lounge area and further sleeping accommodation all in one.

Description of Rooms/Units:
The master bedroom has a queen size bed and an ensuite with a double shower. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed. The third bedroom sleeps up to 4 with a double, single and trundle bed. The family bathroom features a corner spa bath.
The kitchen has a full size fridge, electric hotplates, conventional oven and microwave. There is a large barbecue with roasting hood outside and outdoor dining settings.
The home is also equipped with a wood heater, reverse cycle heating/air-conditioning, stereo television, video and CD player, washing machine and dryer.
On the lower level the children's retreat has three single beds and a sofa bed, plus a second television, DVD, video, super Nintendo and CD players.
Bedding and pillows are included. Linen is an optional extra. |
