Property Description:
Both pavilions are elegant, inspiring, architect designed constructions. The original Pavilion has two queen bedrooms. Each of these has a stunning glass-walled ensuite bathroom surrounded by bush. The bedrooms open out to a sitting/dining room encircled by a verandah designed to capture the morning sun and water views. Floor to ceiling glass on all three sides creates the feeling that you are living in the open. The internal floor and the verandah floor are continuous, adding to the seamless indoor outdoor transition. Dense native planting wraps around the pavilion, giving privacy and protection, while directly in front of the building the space is relatively clear revealing perfectly framed water and mountain views.

Description of Rooms/Units:

The original Pavilion (pictured above & below) has two identical queensize bedrooms, each with luxury ensuite. All linen and towels are supplied.

Included in the living space are the following kitchen facilities: microwave, two gas burners, small fridge, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, sink, crockery, cutlery, utensils and coffee plunger. Also supplied are a television, video, CD player, tape player and AM/FM radio. All rooms are heated. The living room is cooled with split system air conditioning.

A second Pavilion, located higher up the property, was completed in 2005. This Pavilion (pictured right) has one bedroom and suits one couple. The general features are the same as the original Pavilion but with the addition of a full size cooktop and an electric oven.

Rates vary within the range according to the time of year.
Maximum weekend rates apply to public holiday periods.

Minimum Stay: Two nights. Longer for public holiday periods. Single midweek nights may be available at owners' discretion (conditions apply).

Deposit: 50% on booking. Balance to be paid 5 days prior. Single night bookings must be paid in full on booking.

Cancellation Terms: More than 30 days notice - deposit refunded less 5% fee. Less than 30 days notice - refunds will depend on the accommodation being re-let to others. No refunds for non arrivals.
