	Forget about the hustle and bustle of the city. Come, relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of South Beach Haven. You won't need to think about breakfast as your hosts will ensure you have a wonderful breakfast to get your day off to a great start. Spend your stay doing the things that you fancy. Visit the famous surf beaches, go for a long coastal walk, dine at great restaurants, have a round of golf at one of the area's renowned courses, take a trip to a winery (they're just minutes away) or just sit on your own private deck and relax with a glass of wine and a good book.

Property Description:
Around two kilometres from the beach and the high density holiday home precinct of Torquay, you'll find small, semi-rural acreages where the ideal of a tranquil escape is far more tangible, while still having the beach 'down the road', and the surf and café culture nearby. In this seaside/country life setting, a couple of alpacas and a horse are quite at home on the property and the owners' two lovable golden retrievers, Morgan and Indi, are quick to endear themselves to guests.

The five-acre retreat has a couple of Bed & Breakfast accommodation options for guests. There is a standalone studio unit nestled amongst the trees. Its design is distinctly contemporary and features angles, glass and bold exterior colour. The interior is spacious and stylishly furnished. It has a wood fire to make it warm and cosy in winter whether you're curled up on the lounge or tucked up in bed. A deck wraps around the front corner and through the warmer months you can open the sliding doors, sit outside and fire up the barbecue for any easy meal.

The other accommodation option is a queen Suite attached to the main residence. With its own external entrance, sitting area, kitchenette and outdoor deck it's really quite private as well. From the decks of the Suite or the Studio, you can catch distant sea views. On a clear day you can even spot the Mornington Peninsula peaks of Mt Martha and Arthur's Seat on the horizon.

Another feature of the property is a central outdoor entertainment area with barbeque facilities and a large, undercover spa which guests are welcome to use.

Description of Rooms/Units:

The Studio has a large main room with a queen size bed on one wall, an entertainment unit and a wood fire along another wall facing a lounge area with a tub chair and a sofa that can be converted (by arrangement) to a fold-out bed. Off this main room is a handy kitchenette, as well as a large, luxury ensuite. There are table and chairs for dining inside or on the deck. The Studio also has its own barbecue.

The Suite (pictured right) comprises a bedroom with a queen size bed, a luxury ensuite, kitchenette and a sitting/dining annexe. The latter opens onto a private deck with outdoor furniture.

Both the Studio and The Suite have reverse cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans, television, DVD player (including a library of DVDs), stereo, microwave, fridge, one hot plate, a selection of dinnerware etc., complimentary tea, plunger coffee and condiments.

Breakfast: Gourmet cooked breakfasts are provided on weekends, and gourmet breakfast baskets are supplied during the week. See "Special Features" above for more details.

Dining Options: A huge range of great restaurants can be found 4 minutes down the road in the town centre of Torquay.

Guest BBQ Facilities: Yes, plus a private barbecue on the deck of the studio
