Property Description:
This two-bedroom apartment, completed in 2007, has sophisticated, contemporary appeal. The linear design, with clean polished lines, is complemented with the textures of individual, rendered surfaces. The long, open plan living area has four zones with a sleek kitchen at one end and a dedicated bar at the other, with lounge and dining zones in between. In fact there is a fifth zone when you count the private walled courtyard with its covered barbecue, outdoor dining and lounge settings and water feature. Even when not in use, the Tuscan-style courtyard, as seen through the large, glass, double doors, enhances the spacious feel inside the apartment. A secondary, compact, landscaped courtyard lights up the dining zone. The lounge area with its red, rendered feature wall, is furnished with a dark leather lounge suite, a widescreen plasma television and a clean, gas log fire.

A popular attraction of the apartment for couples is the ensuite to the main bedroom (pictured above). The luxurious double spa is set in a platform with steps leading up to it. External windows look onto another private courtyard scene, while an internal window, with a concertina screen, can be opened to view across the lounge to the plasma television.

Description of Rooms/Units:
There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, built in robes and ensuite with shower, toilet and double spa. The second bedroom has two single beds that can also zip together to make one king size bed. This second bedroom has its own ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet.

The living area has a leather lounge suite, plasma television, DVD player, romantic fire, elegant dining setting and polished timber floor with rugs. There is a separate bar area with bar stools and casual chairs.

The spacious, modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, stove, fridge/freezer, oven and microwave.

An outdoor living area is contained within a Tuscan-style walled courtyard, where there is a barbecue and decking with an outdoor setting, plus lounge chairs.

The apartment has ducted heating and air conditioning for year round comfort. Of special interest to skiers, the apartment also has a commercial grade laundry with washing machine, dryer and drying area.

Breakfast: Delicious breakfast provisions include eggs, bacon, juice, fruit, cereal, breads, croissants, yoghurt and homemade jam.

Dining Options: Picnic hampers, dinner and cheese platters are available by arrangement. The Studio is also fully licensed. Mansfield's restaurants, cafés and pubs are only a short walk from the Studio.

Deposit: 50% is requested within 5 days to secure the booking.

Cancellation Terms: 14 days' notice - refunds provided less a 15% cancellation fee, or the deposit can be held against future bookings. Less than 14 days' notice - the full deposit will be retained unless the vacancy is filled.
