Property Description:
Arthur's Seat lays claim to the most spectacular lookout on the Mornington Peninsula and Summit Views is one of the precious few addresses that has a view equal to the renowned lookout. The architect designed, multi-level, western red cedar residence hugs the steep terrain near the peak and features north-facing, full length glass walls to capture 180 degree views.
Apartment 2 occupies the lower level and has its own external entrance. The flowing open plan design is cosy apartment living at its best with each area taking maximum advantage of the views including the luxurious bathroom that has internal windows around the double spa. At one end is the king size bed from which you can watch on screen entertainment. At the other end is the lounge and dining area all furnished and decorated with great quality and flair. In winter, the gas log fire is also a focal point.

Description of Rooms/Units:
The guest apartment comprises 6 squares of open plan floor space on the lower level of 18 Nestle Court. In addition the apartment opens onto its own 2 squares of private deck furnished with an outdoor table and chair setting so you can choose to savour the views from indoor comfort or in the fresh outdoor air.
The state-of-the-art sound & vision system includes multi zoning, via integrated touch pads. Even the bathroom has an LCD screen with personal touch pad. The sound system can be controlled as well by touch pads located bedside, spa-side and in the lounge/dining area.
The kitchenette is equipped with fridge, electric cooktop, convection/microwave, dishwasher and the apartment has laundry facilities.
Guests should park in the space provided at the top of the property. (Warning: Do not attempt the steep driveway) |
