	Sunrise Cottage is tucked away from the hustle and bustle, but just a short walk to Healesville's town centre with all its fabulous stores and dining options. Spend a cosy evening sampling some of the region's finest wines and produce whilst relaxing in your own private spa. Enjoy an early night so you can wake for sunrise and appreciate the mountain view from your bedroom. At Sunrise Cottage your caring hosts have thought of all the little things to make your stay a complete delight.

Property Description:
The multi-purpose building on this hillside site, includes guest accommodation and a massage therapy room attached to the owners' residence. The accommodation is entirely self-contained and is designed as a complete three room cottage with a front verandah leading to the leadlight panelled front door. Step inside to the main living room and you find a warm fully carpeted space with a large couch in front of the television, a dining table, and a kitchenette along one wall. Timber dado panelling around the room maintains the country cottage feel. The white painted trim echoes the charming white weatherboard exterior, while quaint dormer windows in the roof brighten the interior from its high ceiling.

The cottage has two further generous rooms. The queen size bedroom has dusky red walls and a timber suite of matching bedhead, bedside tables and dressing table. A large set of corner windows takes in the greenery of surrounding evergreen trees and the mountain vista. The exceptionally large ensuite features a double corner spa.

Special Features:
In house massages are available. Your host, Anneke, is a qualified massage therapist whose business is called Hands and Heart Therapies.

Description of Rooms/Units:

The bedroom has a queen size bed made up in quality linen. An alarm clock and spare blankets are provided and the full size wardrobe contains a luggage rack for convenience. The ensuite has a hand basin, toilet, double spa bath, separate shower, heater and ample towels. Toiletries include special locally made soaps and bath bombs, as well as organic shampoo and conditioner. Candles are also provided to create a romantic mood.

The living room is furnished with a comfy couch which doubles as a sofa bed offering extra sleeping capacity for 1 to 2 people. Other furniture includes a glass coffee table, and a dining suite. The room is equipped with a stereo/CD unit, DVD player and television, heating and air conditioning. The kitchenette has a compact fridge, toaster, electric frypan, microwave, and a Senseo espresso-style coffee maker.

Off street parking is provided.

Breakfast: The cottage is stocked with full breakfast provisions; gourmet local bacon, free range eggs, coffee , tea, hot chocolate, local jams, milk, fresh orange juice, cereal, butter, fresh bread. A selection of confectionery is also provided for the sweet tooth.

Dining Options: Within 10 minutes' walk there are many options such as Thai, Indian, Chinese, wood fired pizza, fish & chips, plus fine dining at the Healesville Hotel, and much more - just ask your hosts for more information and suggestions.

Midweek (Mon-Thu): $160 per night for a couple
Public Holiday Long Weekends or Concert Weekends: $200 per night for a couple
Extra persons - $40 each per night
SPECIALS:
Stay three nights midweek (Mon-Wed) and receive a 4th night (Thu) free. Excluding Public or School Holidays.
Stay any three nights and purchase a Massage Treatment and you receive a complimentary 45 minute Facial Treatment valued at $40.
Packages are also available based around popular activities such as visiting Healesville Sanctuary, a Winery Dinner, Hot Air Ballooning, and Massage Treatments

Deposit: Full payment is required to secure booking

Cancellation Terms: Less than 7 days' notice - 50% will be refunded. Less than 48 hours' notice - no refund available.
