	Scattered throughout hillside gardens and beautiful waterways, the sun and earth coloured cottages blend with nature to create an ambience of simple harmony and tranquillity. Your hosts, Ken and Linda, look forward to welcoming you to their haven.

Property Description:
The complex has five self-contained two bedroom cottages, a single storey studio apartment, plus a beautiful mud brick farmhouse with four bedrooms. The cottages have been constructed in a New England architectural style. The earthy red exterior colour is a distinctive element of the style, providing Tarascon Spa Resort with its unique visual character. The clean lines of the buildings in the lightly treed landscape preserves the open quality of the natural setting. Inside they are modern, comfortable and well appointed.

The Farmhouse is quite stunning inside and was featured in 'Home Beautiful' magazine. The four bedroom house is full of charm and character, from the mudbrick walls to the interior stone work features, the intriguing timber ceiling and the designer country furnishings. The kitchen is definitely gourmet.

Tarascon Spa Resort has its own café where it serves breakfast (and dinner by arrangement) to resort guests. Café Lirac is spacious inside and there's lounge seating around a fireplace - perfect for a pre or post dinner drink. Accessible from the café, or from the conference room, is a large deck which looks through gum trees to the waterways below and glimpses the golf greens beyond. The property also has a rose garden and a vegetable garden.

Enjoy exclusive use of the whole of Tarascon Spa Resort for a country wedding. Nestled amongst the trees, overlooking the beautiful waterways is Tarascon's Wedding Reception area, with a large dining room and adjoining dance floor, plus an outdoor deck for pre reception drinks. Accommodation is available for the wedding party and guests.

Description of Rooms/Units:
All cottages are fully self-contained with gas stoves and microwave ovens, television and DVD, CD players and gas log fires. Most of the cottages are suited to families; the second bedroom has twin beds on a mezzanine level.

Two of the cottages are side by side and can be used interconnected for four bedroom requirements. The farmhouse also sleeps eight.

Breakfast: Included in the weekend tariff is a full breakfast served in the Restaurant.

Dining Options: Evening meals are available by appointment, to 'guests only' in the licensed café, or take the short drive to Daylesford for a choice of pub fare or five star cuisine and almost everything in between.
