Property Description: The owners of this property have completed an inspired renovation in 2008. The exterior has been rendered the garden landscaped and the rooms have been remodelled with many new luxury fittings.
The House itself has a huge open plan living area and kitchen, three bedrooms, bathroom, laundry and outdoor entertaining space within a fully fenced garden. Attached to one end is a self-contained Studio that can be booked on its own or as an extension to the 3-bedroom house, effectively adding a vast fourth bedroom with its own ensuite and private courtyard garden.
The interior has fresh white and neutral paintwork with pale timber flooring. Minimal adornment keeps the rooms clean and uncluttered. In the living area, this serves to highlight the arrangement of plush leather sofas and the elegant dining suite with its eight fully upholstered dark leather chairs and solid wood table. The dining area opens onto a patio with a barbecue and outdoor dining setting for eight. The kitchen is fitted with high quality European appliances and has an island bench with a couple of stools, so the whole living space works well for socialising. The wall separating entry hallway and the living space is designed with glass making the area seem even more open and spacious. The bedrooms
all have large windows with garden outlooks. The bathroom is another highlight of the property with a beautiful freestanding bath tub.
The Studio
If booked in conjunction with the House there is an internal connecting doorway that is unlocked at the end of the hallway. Otherwise, there are two doors that can be locked, one from each side to preserve the privacy of simultaneous guests. The Studio has completely private facilities with its own front entry and its own separate, fenced rear garden and patio. The one vast room has a king size bed in one half and a lounge and dining area in the other half. The Studio also has a kitchenette built-in and an ensuite.

Special Features: Walks on Your Doorstep
There is a huge Arboretum (a park with a diverse collection of trees) opposite Halinka Court. Beyond the park is the Ovens River where you will find kilometres of wonderful, well maintained riverside paths to explore.
Pet Friendly Accommodation
Pets are welcome at Tessies, both at the House and The Studio. While there is a fully fenced garden, pets are also permitted inside with their owners - quite a rarity in Bright or for such luxury accommodation. Thoughtful, dog-friendly items are provided and the only charge for guest pets is a flat fee, per pet, for extra cleaning to satisfy health regulations, i.e. not a nightly charge.

Description of Rooms/Units: HOUSE
The light-filled main bedroom contains a king size bed. It is located at the rear of the house with windows on two sides and sliding glass doors to the garden on a third side. There are two bedrooms at the front of the house, one with a queen size bed and one with two singles. All the beds are premium quality brands, made up with fine linen and all bedrooms have built-in robes.
The bathroom has a deep bath tub, separate shower, toilet, vanity, heated towel rail and complimentary toiletries.
The lounge has three leather sofas, 80cm LCD television, DVD, reverse cycle air-conditioning/heating. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances including a full Blanco cooker with electric oven and gas hot plates, a dishwasher and a family size fridge. Quality cookware, crockery, cutlery and glassware are provided. The laundry is equipped with a Miele washing machine and dryer.
The STUDIO (pictured right) has a king size bed, an ensuite (with shower, vanity basin and toilet), a lounge area with comfortable tub chairs, television & DVD, small table and two chairs. The room opens onto a semi circular patio with its own barbecue and a private, fenced garden. The kitchenette is equipped with microwave, toasting machine, small fridge and dinnerware. The suite has reverse cycle heating/air-conditioning. |

$295 per night Friday, Saturday, and School Holidays
(Note: For 2 to 4 guests spreading to third bedroom, add $30 per stay)
Extra adults $30 each per night. Children under 12 years $20 each per night.
Peak Periods* $375 per night for up to 4 people

*Peak Periods include Christmas fortnight, Easter & Melbourne Cup, Long Weekends. Longer minimum stays apply at these times and payment in full is required one month prior to arrival.
