Property Description:
Ti-Tree Village is conveniently located about midway between the Ocean Grove shopping vicinity and the bridge over the Barwon River. The two-minute stroll to the beach makes it even better. There are 23 self-contained cottages nestled into the gardens, with verandahs to sit and enjoy the immediate surroundings when you've had enough activity for the day and just want to relax a while.
The combination of pretty cottage gardens and solid log cottages with rustic, brick chimneys adds a real country character to the setting. The cottage interiors also feature solid log walls, country style furniture and the all-important open fire for winter. The Garden Cottages have two bedrooms to suit families or couples travelling together, while the other cottages, with double spas, are favoured by couples. The most recently built Loft Spa Cottages have both a spa and a loft with additional sleeping facilities.

Resembling a high country mountain hut with its rusty iron roof, timber slab walls and cosy open fire, The BarkHut BBQ & Bar Restaurant offers a unique dining experience. You can purchase a range of barbecue delights and quality meats within the Hut and cook-your-own meal on commercial barbeques. But you might prefer to enjoy the chef's home-style cuisine and dine from the extensive a la carte menu.

Description of Rooms/Units:
All of the cottages have open fires, fully equipped kitchens, television and video players, all linen and towels included.
Each cottage has a queen size bed in the main bedroom. Extra adults or children are catered for, depending on the cottage, with queen, double, single or bunk beds. Even the single bedroom Spa Cottages have double sofa beds if needed.
The Loft Spa Cottages (pictured on right) have the added features of reverse cycle heating/air conditioning and a second television in the loft. |

| Breakfast: An optional breakfast hamper is available ($12.50 per head) which includes cereal, bacon, eggs, baked beans, tinned spaghetti, juice, bread etc. for guests to cook at their convenience. |
