Property Description:
A small block of apartments stands at 36 Kitchen Street, most of which are owner-occupied. Going by the name of Top Spot, is the attractive apartment number 2, the only holiday rental at the site. Apart from its super location, it offers high quality accommodation having been recently renovated and furnished with the emphasis on comfort and style. Clean whites and selective splashes of colour make the most of the space.
Another special attraction of this ground level apartment is its own large, private courtyard garden, complete with water feature. There is plenty of room to gather round the outdoor table under the all-weather pergola for a drink and/or to put the barbecue to good use.
The interior layout works well for two couples or one. The bedrooms are at either end of apartment with the open plan living room in the centre. The huge, principal bedroom, with its dramatic, deep blue-grey feature wall, has an ensuite bathroom. The other, a queen bedroom, is adjacent to the main bathroom.
Another one-bedroom apartment is available in the same street at Lockwood Apartments. It has also been refurbished and offers affordable, quality accommodation, with similar facilities, suitable for one couple.

Description of Rooms/Units:
The apartment has two bedrooms. The very spacious master bedroom has a king size bed and an ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with an adjacent bathroom and toilet. This bathroom is also equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Quality linen and towels are supplied.
Open plan living/dining room is furnished with a white couch, a red arm chair and rug, upholstered dining chairs and a dark timber table. The room is equipped with reverse cycle air-conditioning, a flat screen television, DVD and CD players.
The kitchen facilities include a full stove/oven, fridge, microwave, toaster etc. There is a barbecue and outdoor table & chairs in the undercover area of the large private courtyard garden.
