Ocean Grove Tower House has much in its favour. Sweeping ocean views from the large tower sitting room top the list although there's plenty more. The exceptional position is matched by a special house that offers plenty of space, comfort and style. Great for summer and every other season. |

Property Description: This modern two-storey home features a fantastic tower with windows on all four sides to take in the spectacular views of Bass Strait and Port Phillip Heads. So from the large casual sitting room inside you can happily spend hours watching the weather roll by or study ships plying through the heads. When the weather is clear you can even see Cape Schanck in the distance. But when the weather is at its best you will probably be out enjoying the beach or relaxing on the back deck.
The timber house exterior is painted pale yellow with blue-green trim, with neat landscaped garden and lawns front and back. Lots of windows ensure light interiors. Spacious open plan living with casual furniture is the style downstairs, although a gorgeous deep blue Chinese rug adds an elegant splash to the dr. Walls and ceilings feature the warm tones of natural timber. Natural berber carpet flows throughout the house. One family bathroom services all four bedrooms.

Description of Rooms/Units:
The upstairs bedrooms include one with double bed and huge dormer windows offering ocean views while sitting in bed. Another has a queen size bed and ocean views from bed towards Barwon Heads. The third bedroom has two single beds. Downstairs is a fourth bedroom with two single beds and views.
The home has a well equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, stove, microwave and ample bench space. Television, video and CD player are provided.
The property is fenced all round and has two off-street car spaces. |
