Property Description: The guesthouse sits on one acre of secluded coastal dunes, practically on the edge of Cape Liptrap Coastal Park, where at the end of Inlet View Road you can access the ocean beach that stretches as far as the eye can see.
The large two-storey guesthouse has a broad return verandah at the front and sun decks at the rear, where there is a separate hydro spa under cover of a Balinese style thatched gazebo.
A breakfast room is situated on the ground floor set up with individual tables for two or more as required. Bentwood chairs and timber panelling combine to make it an casual environment. The spacious guest lounge, with its chunky leather armchairs, provides a pleasant place to get together with travelling companions before dinner or relax with a book during the day.
The guest bedrooms have the first floor to themselves. Each one has an ensuite. The particularly spacious Bali Room (pictured above) has a two-seater suede couch and overlooks the gazebo and decks at the rear. Each room is personalised with different furnishings and individual subtle themes. The Oriental Room has Asian touches. The Ocean Room is so named because you can hear the sound of the surf, although you can't see the water. This room has a pull out sofa bed as well as the king size bed so it would be useful for two adults who require separate beds (only two adults permitted per room). The African Room has earthy colours and it has two tub chairs.
